Description: The heads of the Sinota Clan have the power of the Dragon's Eye , which synchronizes with the spirits of all things, thus it gives them a type of prescience that allowed them to see anywhere past, present, possible futures; as well as seeing and hearing the dead. They gained this power through trials from either Tatsuma or RyoShushi, and can be far too much for future users.

As per agreement with the dragons. Each head is born with the ability however must train it on their own to truly make it useful. And must face their dragons trials when they feel they are ready. Until the power is truly gained the ability to "see" is scattered through time for those who are new users of the dragon eyes. However the few with experience are able to control the flow of time traveling through their minds.

Weakness: As with all Dragon related powers, losing to your dragon and becoming insane and violent is a huge risk. Tenkorata lost leading to his erratic and violent behavior. His power played a key role in his insanity, and later his death by Karama Sinota.

When It is not always possible just predict certain occurrences, Tenkorata once compared his power to rain. All the rain drops hit a predetermined place, based on wind and such. They congregate together to and flow, eventually making a stream; according to Karama, that was his fate. He basically says he can hear the rain, but he can't understand the significance of every drop. Basically indicating his Dragon's Eye will only show him bits and pieces of possible futures, and he doesn't have the ability to piece together the whole picture. This makes the power worthless in others opinions.

Description: Koori Teppoudama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, Clous manifests a sizable amount of water in his palm which he can then launch using chakra at his opponent as a large spherical projectile.

Weakness: This jutsu only works with Koori, if Clous isn't tapped into his KKg then this jutsu is no diffirent than the regular Teppoudama.

Description: The koori wave is used in conjunction with Tatsuma. The chakra of the clan extends from the blade increasing its attack potential. As the name suggest this can also be used as an independent attack. The chakra is swung from the blade with a slicing motion, which forms a thin line of impact.

Weakness: This take great focus, and chakra control. The limitations are the same as other bloodline jutsu.

Description: Using a discharge of the Sinota clan's chakra as a weapon is the bases of Ground Zero. A wave of water forms around the user 360 degrees around. The wave flows outward at a high velocity with a shockwave behind it making for a two pronged attack.

Their unique chakra can lead to destructive results to both the surrounding area and the user itself. And after a demonstration gone wrong, which led to the destruction of several square miles was marked as forbidden and never used.

Ground Zero as started first by the user being mentally pressed, or fatigued. Once driven to the edge the use must recollect his him/herself in a timely fashion to reach their peek at that single moment. However other than death, breaks, paralyze , pressure injuries, and various other misgivings are possible to harm the user.

Weakness: Only those that possess the blood, and elemental chakra of the Sinota clan can use it. As such the technique can evolve. If any one of the bloodline can successfully perform the Ground Zero they are then permitted to use and developed it as they see fit.

However if they fail they will more than likely be killed as a result form their own power. Which is why only the Clan's head is permitted to use this technique on occasion.

Description: Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, and gathering the needed amounts of water. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Clous is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.


Weakness: If Clous' chakra control is disrupted he will lose control of the jutsu. As an example, the easiest way to disrupt him is by either casting genjutu, or simply dismounting him from the wave itself.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.


Weakness: Clous can handle this technique rather easily considering his experience with the shadow clone, and mist clone techniques. But it suffers from the same weakness as the others

Description: Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist ninja. The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.


Weakness: This jutsu can be disrupted if the caster is attacked before it is complete.

Description: The user uses this jutsu around water to create a very thin mist. This mist is too thin to be used as any sort of cover but it can be used as a source for mist based jutsu.

Weakness: The mist is thin and can easily be disrupted. As such the user should be in a fairly comfortable position before using. Like before a battle, or during when time is on his/her side.

Description: Naturally a ninja that utilizes jutsu that involve the use of water need water, naturally. As a way to combat lack of resources, this technique was developed in order to gather what is necessary. A practitioner of this jutsu uses chakra to gather precipitation from the air, from condensation on objects, from plants into an area nearby. As the user’s skill progresses, the area from where the user collects the water and how much they can gather increases.

Weakness: This jutsu depends purely on the users ability. As such the stronger the shinobi the more effective this jutu will be. Also this jutsu should not be used in the middle of heated combat as it takes time to gather water.

Description: Using this technique the user can create an extended sharpened edge made of mist from their hands or an already existing weapon. Clous uses this jutsu to strengthen the cutting potential of his weapons to give him an added "edge" in battle. IT can last fairly indefinately unless douton or a stronger source of chakra comes into contarct t odisrupt the effect.

Weakness: As an kenjutsu artist, Clous favors this jutsu over many others. This jutsu is one that he has trained for quite some time and used even during his time in konaha. The only problem that he can't seem to overcome is, that if the jutsu come to conflict with a stronger source of chakra the enhancement is disrupted and disipates.

Description: Mist Clone Skill [Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu]
A technique that creates false clones of the user. The clones are used as a diversion while the user attacks. The clones are incapable of attacking, but any attacks made on them pass right through.

Weakness: The clones can be disrupted by finding the actual user and forcing them to lose focus. And thus their chakra control. Once this is done the clones weaken considerably and eventually revert back to water.

Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. It gives him/her a small protection by dampening the effects from (genin-level) fire techniques by cutting the damage done by them in half and does stand up against taijutsu.

Weakness: While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of the user’s chakra until its chakra runs out. It is also too weak to stand up to many physical direct attacks.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu it wishes.

Weakness: the chakra control needed for this jutsu can be fairly taxing depending on how many clones are created. As such most ninja only rely on three to four at max.

Description:A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature. To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object.

Description: A basic jutsu whereby one uses chackra to force a large amount of air into the lungs. After which, the user then holds his or her breath and uses chackra to artificially recycle the air in their lungs to make the most of it. The end regovita is that the user is able to hold his or her breath for up to five minutes longer.

Weakness: If the user is disrupted in anyway the user can easily lose focus, and control of the jutsu. Focus is needed when using this, also making it very dangerous if the user lacks experience.
