Coal shows off her acrobatic skill, easily leaning forward and placing a hand against the side rail of the cart. She flips up easily enough, rolling over a one handed handstand and onto her feet in one easy enough motion. "Ahhh, I'm happy to hear I don't have to drive, I wasn't sure if any of you knew how to lead a horse. It's all in the wrist." she says with a knowing nod, and takes a few steps away from the cart. With her birds off scouting, she was free to start restoring her chakra supply. She stretches some, working flexibility back into her body, after it was left sitting still for so long.
"We've gotten pretty far from the village, it's gonna get more dangerous from here. The closest town is about four hours run from here, so we are pretty cut off from both back up and civilization. While I wouldn't be worried about the bears, panthers, snakes, and boar that frequent the forest, knowing that there's a whole company of bandits at work somewhere out here is slightly more distressing. Are you really sure you want to keep pushing on through the night, as opposed to traveling when the sun is up?" she asks in general, not really looking at anyone. Chances are she was talking to Mitsu, but who knows? Coal was a little strange.
Off in the distance, in the darkness, the forest crawled with life. The night time music of crickets and frogs filled the woods around them, singing out towards the stars in the clear sky above them. Amidst it all, a group of cut throat thieves was busy at work, preying on travelers weaker than the group of ninjas.
(sorry it's short. ^-^)
