Kuragari Clan & Gen\'eigan

Name: Kuragari

History: It all started fifty years ago when a blind shinobi continued to get beaten up and attacked. Outraged by this lack of respect towards him, he went to the Hokage, but to no avail. He decided that he'd do the impossible: create a clan where the blind thrive. He accomplished this feat, but the clan was suffering. It needed a champion to take them to the next level. Then, Jin Kuragari was born. It elevated the clan to new heights, making some shinobi respect the Kuragari clan and way, that is, until Jin vanished.

Since then, the Kuragari have been ridiculed constatnly, and have been, on some occassions, beaten almost to death, behind the Hokage's back. Since the Kuragari could easily kill the attackers, they would be exiled from the village, leaving them without a home. They simply have grown accustomed to the village's abuse. But they hope, day by day, that someone, will help them in their time of need. Right now, all eyes are on Shinsei, currently. There's also some sort of friendship between the head of the Kensei Kuragari and some of the Inuzuka clan members, as the Inuzuka occasionally provide the Kuragari with seeing-eye dogs, if need be.

Special Info: All members are blind, and have been since birth.

Requirements: You must be born into it and must be extremely tolerate to pain. To be kicked out, you must began seeing without the help of a jutsu, born into the clan, but not blind, killing other clan members (obviously), and / or you hate being blind, and don't accept it.

Description: The target imagines themself in an endless darkness that seems to go on forever. Within a few moments, they can no longer move and are immobilized. Suddenly, a demon-like figure appraoches them with a sword so sharp, it could cut through titanium. The blade is unable to kill.

Something on this magnitude would kill the person before it reached the desired size. This jutsu would take up the chakra amount equivalent of atleast the 6 tails to cover the entire NATION. Nation = country by the way. Or close to it, and even then the user would still die. Kumogakure would exceed the equivalent of 2 tails of chakra.

Genjutsu cannot be turned into reality. Using that wording if you stab someone in the genjutsu, the stab wound would appear on their body. (I tried this before, it didnt get accepted either).

All of your jutsu need to be put in the template we provided. there is no range, no ranking.

In order to be able to bring the targets fear into reality, that is Genjutu only. If you want your character to find out, then you need something along the lines of Yamanaka clan jutsu, because you would need to go into someones mind and find their fears that way. You cannot just SEE the fear.

I should probably include the fact that the Gen'eigan is able to see into the mind of someone they see, but only the fear.

Yes, I saw that. But Im saying you cant just SEE it. Which is what your doujutsu allows. You need the yamanaka jutsu to get into the persons head and see their fear. Being able to just SEE it allows too much room for metagaming. Coupled with that, how do you plan on finding their fears out? its an iffy subject, as the person you are RPing with can just roleplay having no fears as there is nothing on the application relating to that. They could tell you one thing, and do something different.

The only way to truely play one someones fear is to make a Genjutsu that allows the opponent to see what they fear.

Hmm... I could use a genjutsu that puts them in an illusion in which makes them think their blind in replacement of the summoning? I could also make them recall a traumitizing event. If they have none, it would be the screams and agony of those who have been in that genjutsu?

Something to that affect. Since Im assuming this is mainly a Genjutsu clan,having your Doujutsu work with casting Genjutsu and specialized custom techniques would work fine.
