| Deep in the back of the training field lied a large dojo with no particular master. Not that it had been abandoned or anything, it was perfectly fine and looked nice, even amongst the rainy weather. There was a complex of these dojos in this part of the training field, about one per acre which stretched on for a pretty good distance. They were very large dojo's coated with a cement floor and petrified wooden furnishings for the frame of the house. The normal paper that covered the sliding doors and windows had been replaced with a thick opaque glass that looked like a perfect imitation of the tradition paper style. The dojo had been built to take a lot of damage, and the burn marks and puddles of water had shown just that.
Shihouin was in dojo number 8-B, situated at the end of the second row of dojo. He sat near the back so he could watch who opened the door, keeping a watchful eye out for any movement as his guests might arrive shortly. In front of him was a small pot which steamed quietly on a small battery powered stove. He sipped warm tea from a little wooden up which had been steeping with a tiny lid on the top. With each sip he drunk, he could feel the life and warmness surround him. The rain weather was cold outside and he didn't feel like getting wet, even though the clothes he had were adapted to any type of weather.
Mitsu, one of the genin that he wanted to train should have been on his way now, along with another called Kuroda. An extra two cups had been placed besides him just in case they decided to show up. They would receive a message from a tabby cat, bearing a letter around its neck. Shihouin didn't figure things would be so well, but he hoped he could impart some wisdom on to them. Even though he was just a year or two older than him and was still fresh among the Chuunin, he figured he should help them as so many had helped him. If it wasn't for people like Sanzen who decided to take her time out and spar, he wold have still been genin. In a sense, he just wanted to return the favor.

| Mitsu was just entering the training grounds in his usual garb, but holding an umbrella from the rain that was pouring down upon him. The rain brought back memories of his team, and he remembered he hadn't seen his friend Yoshimaru for some time. He then thought back to why he was here in the first place. He was walking around town, bored as usual, when he noticed this tabby cat. It had eventually followed him for several blocks. He finally gave in to his curiosity and let the cat approach him. It had a note attached to it's paw. The note said that if he wanted training, he would go to a dojo in the training grounds the very next day. Dojo 8-B to be exact. Mitsu smirked and prepared his things for that next day. He left appropriately too, wanting to get there early, possibly impress his mysterious teacher. The rain was beating down on his umbrella, which brought him back to the present. He then realized he was there, almost subconsciously. He stopped at the sliding door of the dojo and looked at the number. It was the right one, but Mitsu stopped to take in the dojo's looks. He then took a deep breath and slid open the door. As he stepped in, he wiped his feet on the mat, and removed his shoes. He then looked up at the person sitting across the room. His face went from calm to surprise and anger. He knew that face, he knew that man. His mind went back to the night he was attacked by that man while he was with Nasa. His face didn't show anger, but he did glare at him. Mitsu prepared himself and took a slight fighting pose.
"Are you really the one who asked me to come here so that you could train me? If it weren't for that promise I made Nasa, I wouldn't be standing here asking questions..."

| Kuroda had been walking among the trees in the forests throughout the village, taking in the scenery and the rain, while on his way to the training grounds. He truly did love the water, and so rain didn't seem to put a damper on his spirits like it might to other people. In fact, it happened to relax him a bit. As he continued his stroll to the training grounds, he began to think back on what exactly was leading him there.
The day before, as Kuroda was walking through the village streets to a nearby creek to relax and refill his canteens, he had noticed a small tabby cat following him a ways. At first he thought nothing of it, thinking it was just following him out of curiosity. However, after two minutes had passed of the cat continually following him, he took note and decided to stop and look at the cat. It approached him, and Kuroda noticed a note around its neck. He knelt down to read it, and found it was an invitation to train at one of the dojos at the training grounds, specifically number 8-B. Kuroda seemed surprised at this, not sure why he had been chosen to train. There was no name written on the note, and Kuroda's curiosity wandered as to who possibly could be wishing to train him. He decided not to dwell on that fact too much, and would instead prepare to go to the dojo. After all, why would he refuse an offer to train him and hone his abilities? The next morning, Kuroda had grabbed all the necessary equipment for his training. He took all five of his canteens, all his kunai, shuriken and senbon, and his katanas. He carried these with him, not knowing if he would need them, but thinking they could be of use depending on what kind of training he would receive.
Kuroda was now approaching the area of the training grounds where the dojos were he would be taking his training. He still didn't know what to expect, but hoped for the best. He soon saw the dojos in the edge of his sight, and quickened his pace slightly. As he drew closer, he saw somebody standing in the doorway of one of the dojos. He looked to see the number; 8-B. As he focused more, he saw the man had white, spiky hair. He had only known one person to have spiky white hair. Could it really be Mitsuhide? Was he the trainer, or was he going to be instructed as well? He soon was standing beside Mitsu and looked at him. The expression on his face seemed to be one of anger, and focused on the inside of the dojo; but anger at what exactly? Kuroda looked inside to see a man with black hair kneeling near the back of the dojo, with a kettle in front of him, sipping some tea. What would this man have done to anger Mitsu, he wondered. He simply stood silently, not wishing to say anything that could provoke any sort of negative reaction from either of them, as he didn't know Mitsu very well, and had no clue who the man in the dojo was. He would just stand and wait to hear what one of them would have to say.

| He understood that Mitsu would come bearing anger the moment he looked at his face, he understood that much. He was also willing to admit that he had been the main reason why Mitsu was angry and due to what he did, forcing him into a situation where he was risking his life unecssarily was wrong, and he would understand Mitsu if he decided to walk out of the door, leave the dojo and leave Kuroda alone in here to train. Yet though all of it had been his fault, he had never meant to harm Mitsu and to only shake up Nasamea. Now that the situation between him and Nasa was reconciled and over with, there was no need fo rhim to bring it back up again.
Yet, even though he was dead wrong he would not show it. Mitsu and Kuroda had come to train and if they wanted to grow stronger they would have to learn to keep their emotions in check and follow proper protocol of respect. They had done that much, Mitsu had taken off his shoes and shown some form of respect but he was letting his anger best him at the moment. Because of this, Shihouin would simply ask that he follow protocol and show respect to the dojo's instructor which was currently him at the moment. If he could manage to throw out this much respect over his anger, he could possibly be strong enough to learn something today.
Shihouin placed his tea down on the floor after finishing it, gulping contently as he breathed out a slight sigh. He didn't look at Mitsuhide, he kept his eyes closed and opened them sightly as he gazed a bit at the tea kettle. "It is customary to show respect to the dojo by bowing to the instructor. Both if you, if you have any respect in your bones show it now." Shihouin's voice was unlike the voice he had in the past and Mitsu would recognize it. It was slightly deeper, but what was more important that it was full of the air of respect and of valor. He spoke as if he was a wise man trapped inside of a childs body, not demanding respect but simply asking that they up hold customs. Shihouin waited for both of them to show the proper respect to the dojo.

Mitsu was somewhat startled at how calm he was. Shi didn't budge at all, and sounded completely calm. He felt like this was a completely different person than the Shi he met before. He wasn't sure if he could trust him, but he looked back, and realized he really needed the training. The fact the he mentioned that there were two people here instead of one,Made him realize that there was actually a person standing next to him. He barely glanced over to notice it was Kuroda. He had recently met the boy, but he dissmissed thoughts of greeting from his mind and focused on what was important. He figured he had to swallow his pride, so he took a deep breath, and bowed to the sensei in front of him.

| The man in the dojo finished his tea and sighed, before finally addressing the two of them, calmly. "It is customary to show respect to the dojo by bowing to the instructor. Both if you, if you have any respect in your bones show it now." Kuroda saw Mitsu glance back at him and take notice of him, but quickly turning back to the man inside. He could tell that at this point, a greeting and chat would be unnecessary, and rather rude. Kuroda had not seen any reason to show disrespect, and so he very calmly stepped inside of the dojo, and bowed to the man before him, the man who would be their sensei for the time being. After staying in this bowed position for a time, he then slowly stood upright, wiping his shoes and taking them off so as not to track dirt throughout the dojo. He then stood there, silently, eyes straight forward and directed towards his sensei. He had asked for respect, and Kuroda would show respect. Whatever he asked, he would follow. If it meant being able to learn under him, he would do it. All Kuroda could do now was wait, and see what response would be given by him. | |

| Shihouin had not expected them to do a damned thing, yet here they were showing respect to the dojo and its instructor. The last thing Shihouin wanted them to feel was that he was abusing power or trying to exercise power over them by suggesting that they bow. He only wanted them to understand the honor of respect, a bit of the traditional culture which was losing its grip on the modern ninja society. He had once found himself lost within it, but regressed back to a more formal style of fighting, which was why he was dressed in the black kimono that hung on his body. Once they had bowed silently and taken off their shoes Shihouin could being instructing them.
He felt weird, like it wasn't his place to do this, almost like he was some sort of teacher or something. Is this how Sanzen felt when she taught him? Is this how Kaosu sensei had felt? It was almost like he had been placed into the body of an older man, trying to impart some knowledge on the genin in front of. As he looked at them, for that second in time he had the feeling of nostalgia come washing over his body, and he pictured himself in front of Kaosu, showing no respect, trying to stand up to some S Rank ninja which could have killed him if he wanted to. He hoped the respect he taught them would end up sticking, because he didn't want them to get burned like he did for lack of respect.
Shihouin reached over to the small battery powered stove and moved the tea kettle on top to a small chest which had been hidden right behind him. There was a bit of tea left which would stay warm in the chest if they wanted some later. They seemed to be OK for now, so he would eventually offer them tea later as things progressed. He put the battery powered stove in its slot along with the two cups. He closed the chest and pushed it back out of the way.
He stood up, signaling them to do so as well. "I'm not in a position to call myself wise or look superior to any one of you hear. I'm more than likely just one year older than the both of you. The age gap between us is very small." He blinked for a long second and stood up, placing his hand on his waist near his katana. "However, learning respect is crucial as genin. I got stronger because I showed no respect, and suffered burns for it. I wish to impart the knowledge on to you in this small lesson that respect is important for true strength." He moved a foot forward, sliding it across the ground with ease. "Instead of the formalities we will jump right into battle. Your objective at this point is to get the netsuki off of my waist." The netsuki was a small wooden lion head which hung at his waist, an ormanent of fashion. There was only one though.
"Begin." As soon as he had spoke, Shihouin turned on his three tomoe and looked at the both of them, quickly putting his hands together to perform hand signs as he did it. Their reactions would be crucial and whether they would manage to get the netsuki off of his waist would be quite difficult. He prepared his move mentally and physically, positioning his legs so he could move with ease, though his hakama would hide it.

| Mitsu stood up straight and listened to every word Shi spoke. He really did seem like a completely different person. He didn't seem to care that he had attacked Mitsu before, he seemed like Mitsu had a right to be angry, but he didn't acknowledge it. This cause Mitsu to become aggravated, but then Shi decided to get straight to the point. The objective was clear; just get the netsuki from his waist. Mitsu almost charged head on, hoping to get back at Shi for attacking he and Nasa. But he realized that was probably what Shi was expecting, and that it was most likely going to be stopped and end up with Mitsu making a fool out of himself. This all was realized in an instant. Mitsu then decided to react without Kuroda right now. He had to focus on stopping Shi's hand signs from being made. He held op both hands, and shot finger bones rapidly from his hands aimed at Shi's hands, but he also shot in different directions incase Shi moved, which he would. He produced bone knives from each of his arms then would throw them in the direction he would move, throwing ahead depending on the speed. He would then shoot more finger bullets his his direction, so Shi kept distant. During all this, Mitsu was prepared to move at any sign of an attack. His legs were bent and prepared for movement. He wasn't sure what he was going to do exactly to get the target from his waist. He decided he would definately need Kuroda's help, so in case he didn't notice the sharingan, he would need to know. "We are going against a Sharingan user. I'm letting you know this now." | |

| As Kuroda stood, listening to this man's words, the man seemed very wise and mature. There was something about him, though, that seemed as though he didn't always show this much respect to his superiors, and as he spoke, he revealed just that. Kuroda also took note that the man did in fact appear to only be a year or so older than him. Continuing to listen to him, he understood the value of respect. When he trained with his father, he was expected to be respectful, and would always do so. However, aside from that, he had not had any teaching with such a style. This man seemed to show a bit of the same air his father would have in his teachings.
Kuroda's sight focus had drifted to the man's hand as it moved toward his sword, still listening. Then, as he saw his foot slide forward, and heard his statement of battle, he prepared himself. He had assumed from his movements that this would be his intent. The goal was to remove the netsuki, which, initially, he would not think to be such a hard task. However, he did not wish to underestimate this man, as he had no idea what he would be capable of.
"Begin."
Immediately after the man spoke, Mitsu reacted without hesitation, seeming to shoot bones from his fingers towards him. Kuroda also decided to take action. He noticed a puddle of water next to his feet. he started to make hand signs, then dipped his hand into the water, freezing part of it into small needles of ice in the form of swallows, four of them to be precise. He then stood back up, throwing the needles toward the man. These swallows would be able to curve toward him, making them difficult to avoid. However, these were not exactly the most durable of weapons of course, and could be easily melted should he use fire jutsu, due to not being severely reinforced. Also, should he move quick enough, the swallows may not be able to curve quickly enough to follow him and lose their target. He then took notice of what Mitsu began to say. "We are going against a Sharingan user. I'm letting you know this now." 'Damn it' Kuroda thought. This fight would be even more difficult than he had thought. With Sharingan, he could be able to easily see their moves. They would be in trouble unless they could come up with some way to possibly counter his Sharingan, or at least get past it, and find out how to do so quickly.

| @Sly - Spoiler:
OOC: Trying to pin me down with weapons is a good idea, but you're limiting your self by constant throwing. Your post implies that you intended to keep me pinned up until after my post. If I react differently than how you assumed I would act, then you're left missing a bunch of your attack. You should say that you would throw tools initially and then throw tools depending on how I react to them. Also, you should learn to set distances by meters. If I do not say how far I am away from you, you can measure that distance as long as it is reasonable. You get to create the advantage for yourself. I might have assumed we were 10m apart but never said it, so in your post you can label it 5m, which gives you the advantage since I never did state how far I was away. Also the moment someone states the distance doesn't mean you can magically change the distance after, so keep in mind that the tip is for the start of a battle or in a situation were distances have not been set. Do not say that your tools are thrown at different directions, if you didn't say something like "they were thrown at directions near him to cut him off from moving." then I can just assume that the different directions are anywhere. You gave no general location as to where they would be going exactly, rather implied that they might cut my motion off. Of course your post implies that they are aimed at me if I move, but what if I go underground, etc etc. That part was a bit too general, try to be a bit more specific with your wording. (I know they're bones but I just used the term tools here)
@Kuroda - Spoiler:
OOC: Nice move, but it's lacking a bit. You decided to reach to a puddle to gain the advantage with ice. Understand how long it takes for me to react to that. You have knowledge I have the Sharingan so you would know that I could possibly react to your movements before you consciously make them. In a situation like this where you have the elemental disadvantage for the most part (lack of water), just grab some shuriken with tagged notes. These are free attacks that waste nothing but your tools and conserve your chakra. A tagged note kunai is harder to deal with than ice needles, thrown by a D Rank who probably doesn't have superb precision. Also, make sure you account for how long it takes you to ready your weapons as well.
Since the jutsu Shihouin performed didn't take long, well the two techniques didn't take long they might both recognize a familiar hand sign. The Kage bunshin was up front and the moment the battle started it appeared with no smoke right in front of him, holding a kunai in its hands. Essentially it was a guard that was performed, a move used to conceal his position and offer protection. Since they decided to throw tools, reacting them was easy, especially since Mitsu was forced to use momentum to throw his bones and Kuroda had to reach down for water to engage shuriken fire. By the time they had done that, Shihouin's bunshin had already been prepared to deflect them. Several of the objects were thrown in an attempt to prevent him from curving, but Shihouin didn't care too much for that. The moment after his clone had appeared, he quickly finished the hand signs for a familiar technique that he had grown up with, the Goukakyuu. Maybe about a second later, Shihouin had been ready to perform. As the clone offered a great guard, Shihoun jumped up from his position no higher than a meter, leaving his left foot closer to the ground for traction and launched a fireball between the both of them. They had been 7m apart from him, standing next to each other within a 5m range. This put them in range of the technique. He didn't know if either of them would notice, but the technique had been aimed more so towards Kuroda's position that Mitsu's. What would they do? Shihouin could tell that they were attempting to pin him down and cut his movements off but for what reason? The objective in the fight relied in close range supremacy, or either stealth tactics. Why were they wasting time and chakra with tools when they needed to get closer? After launching the technique, the clone prepared itself to continue guarding, Shihouin and the clone would prepare the next move, both performing hand signs, readying their body as they stood waiting to move. The hakama they wore would provide cover, they wouldn't realize that their legs and muscles had been tightened for a burst of speed.

| Shi easily made a clone before the projectiles hit him. But which was the clone? That question was soon answered when the real Shi jumped into the air and shot a fireball at the two of them. Obviously not good. Avoidable, but still bad. Mitsu ran to his right, away from Kuroda. He ran a curved path towards Shi, avoiding the fireball, and then heading towards the real Shi. This wasn't a perfect strategy, but he was out of the fireball's range now and would enter hand-to-hand combat with either the real Shi, or the clone if it got in the way. He then created a sword from his arm, leaving it protruding from the forearm and would ise it for attack and defense. He knew his movements were able to be seen and reacted to accordingly, but if Mitsu were able to attack quickly and continuously, the chances of getting hits were increased. Shi may be able to see his movements, but that doesn't mean he can avoid every single move. Mitsu would move accordingly to attacks, and would go for every opening he could get once he entered combat. | |

| Kuroda new the Sharingan to be a dangerous thing to go against, knowing his movements could very well be avoided or blocked since he could sense movement. His assumptions were correct, as he and summoned a shadow clone very quickly to block all of their projectile attacks. Obviously, pinning him down would not be a very effective strategy. After all, he would need to get in close if he ever hoped to grab the netsuki from him. He then saw the man jump upward and release a fireball towards them. This was very bad. Kuroda knew that being an Uchiha, he would likely have fire as an element, and sure enough, a fireball was now hurtling toward him. He quickly began to run backwards and to his left as far and fast as he could to remove himself from the fireball's range.
Once far enough out of the way, or until the fireball would dissipate, he would begin to make hand signs and building up his ice chakra into his mouth. This justu would not be a necessarily offensive one, but in close, if he could hold it and use it at the right time, it could give him the distraction he would need by sending splinters of ice out from his mouth, stinging his opponent, hopefully his eyes, to help him with his next move. After forming the handsigns, Kuroda began to move forward, keeping the chakra held in his mouth and grabbing both his katanas from his back. While, admittedly, he was not extremely adept with his sword fighting just yet, he had learned enough to perform the simple blocks and attacks. He would run toward the man, keeping his swords in a slightly defensive position, ready to block should a physical attack come his way, but keeping his senses aware and his feet ready to make any necessary dodges should his opponent launch another such ninjutsu his way. If not, however, Kuroda would move in, perform any necessary blocks, and proceed to attack any opening left to him.

| @Sly and Kuroda. - Spoiler:
Focus more on time intervals but more specifically labeling distances. When ever you move even if its a foot or half a foot say it. I don't say you moved a little forward or forward some. Label all distances that you move, if you are having trouble with that I can explain it better on xat.
Both of the Shihouins didn't spend too much time on focusing hand signs into the mixture of anything. One of the Shihouins, the one closest to Mitsu deided to react. He watched him with the two tomoe Sharingan, at this level of speed between them he didn't need the three tomoe useless this kid was a Jinchuuriki. Right after the fireball Mitsu decided to take a curve pathed which was perfect for him. A curve meant that he would take a detour instead of coming in linear using the shortest distance possible. Due to this time, the Shihouin towards Mitsu's side moved closer significantly, putting a great distance between him and his other self. He moved about 3m away from his position, putting him ever more closer to Mitsu, who if continued running would end up within 2m of the Shihouin. The Shihouin would quickly bare a stance that Mitsu, or the world had never seen before. The hakama would hide the dominant leg he was leaning on, and his left hand went across and in front of his admomen, closer to the underside of his ribs, holding a kunai there, and the right hand rested above the middle of his left arm to for a weird upside down looking "T" with his arms and hands. Both arms held a kunai and were focused into a defensive stance. Shihouin had prepared his next move, using the kimono to his advantage and watching Mitsu's movements without the Sharingan, simple because he didn't need it. It was bold that he come close, and Shihouin appreciated him for it. Meanwhile, Kuroda had been dealing with the fireball. The fireball would miss just by a hairs breath, but since Kuroda had decided to put extra distance between him and Shihouin, he was now at the disadvantage. Shihouin's ninjutsu covered close, mid to semi long attack ranges. Since the first technique moved out for about 10m, Kuroda had moved back a bit just outside of that range around 11m. However that didn't mean a damn thing to Shihouin's clone. Watching his movements with the three tomoe, he put a lot of pressure on him. While he was attempting a jutsu, Shihouin would move at least 2m forward the moment Kuroda started hand signs and perform the technique he had already prepared. A bright, small ball shot out of his mouth, directly for Kuroda's chest, which would travel the distance of 10m very quickly at alarming speed. Just how would Kuroda react?

| One of the Shis had intercepted him, as he was almost sure to happen. He took a defensive stance Mitsu hadn't seen before, and didn't know how exactly to react. But he took out a kunai from his belt, for faster access, and threw the kunai straight for Shi's head. This was done in one swift motion. He would most likely dodge, but he wanted to break the stance. He read about taijutsu defensive stances and techniques before, and since he hadn't seen the stance before, it was either self made, or a very rare one. Rather or not the stance was broken, the Kunai was thrown 5 meters from Shi, and Mitsu was closing in fast, about a second later he was within physical combat range. He then aimed a blow to the stomach with is left hand. He would continue attacking and blocking according to how Shi would react from this point on. He would go for any opening he could. He also built up ration chakra through his sword, so contact with it would result in shock, most likely leaving an opening for him to strike. But every so often, he would make an attempt for the netsuki. | |

| As Kuroda made his approached, he noticed that Mitsu had occupied himself with the man, but whether it was really him or his clone, he could not tell, as he had somewhat lost sight when he tried to dodge the fireball, which only just missed him. As he drew closer, he saw the other one quickly move forward and spit a glowing ball of chakra at him. Kuroda had never seen such a jutsu, and was unsure of how it would work. Was it simply a concentrated ball of chakra? Would it expand? Would it explode? He couldn't tell, but one thing he knew for sure is that it was coming fast. Within a matter of seconds, the ball had started to close the gap between itself and Kuroda, now only about 5 meters from him. He needed to think fast or this ball would surely hit him, and hard. He knew there was no way he could dodge it, and he was fairly certain it wasn't something that could simply be deflected. So how to escape. Kuroda thought back, and remembered the chest that the man had put the tea kettle and stove in that he had pushed behind him. By the distance the man had moved forward, the chest was now about 4 meters away from him, and behind him, out of his sight. This gave him an idea.
As the ball drew within a meter of him, Kuroda used the kawarimi, switching his position with that of the chest with the tea kettle, so that now it was in the path of the ball, and he stood 4 meters behind the man, completely in his blind spot. Trying to move as swiftly and silently as possible, he ran toward the man not occupied with Mitsu, angling his sword so as to stab him through the side of his abdomen. If the man wouldn't find him out soon enough, he would find a sword through his side and a hand reaching for the netsuki. Kuroda had already closed in 2 meters in 2 seconds, half the distance covered. His sword was still ready to stab, and he planned to continue charging, regardless of if the man noticed or not. He had to put pressure on him and get in as close as possible if he was to get the netsuki and complete the task.

| Shihouin didn't know that Kuroda would attempt to kawarimi with his tea chest and because of that he just lost a valuable item. That chest set was a gift given to him by his old boss and was said to be very old and ancient, now it had been burned. Just as he was going to detonate the explosive ball, Shihouin ended up burning his tea chest sky high, detonating the explosive technique in the room. The light and heat would race out everywhere, and the flames would explode into a ball of fire 10m wide and 5m high. The technique had been named properly, called "Sun" due to the way the fire rose up like the morning horizon. Shihouin always had a trick up his sleeve, and even though he could not see Kuroda, he was not in his total blind spot.
Shihouin could hear the patter of his foot steps running up behind him, along with several other senses. Of course now that he had gotten behind him he would end to close the game as quickly as possible, and with the lack of techniques he had this advantage was his only opportunity. However, the difference between the Shihouin he was aiming at and the real Shihouin would be nothing he could ever sense with his skill. Once he had gotten within 2m of him the same small ball from before came out of his mouth, but aimed for the ground right between his legs . Those hand signs from before, he had been planning to use that jutsu once again, so he took the extra precautionary methods to make sure he had the jutsu prepared. The clone would explode and leave minor second degree burns over his body since he was in the blast range. It would more than likely put Kuroda down for the rest of the fight.
Meanwhile, Shihouin dealt with Mitsu who was running towards him to close the gap. While he threw a kunai at him, Shihouin had no trouble dodging or deflecting kunai in this stance. The head was a small point compared to the rest of his body, and his stance worked at any height level. So once the kunai was thrown, Shihouin bent properly at his hips and let it fly right over head, where it would end up aimlessly off into the other parts of the room.
Mitsu throwing a punch was the tricky part. There was several things he could do, but for now he would use the stance to his advantage. Once he had aimed the blow with his left hand, and was well within close combat range, Shihouin dashed out forward with his right hand as well, pointing the kunai that was in it straight for his fist. The chances of his hand not getting impaled were extremely low, and if he took the attack and kept moving for the netsuki then Shihouin's left hand still held a kunai and could make a large slash across his stomach. Shihouin waited to see what would happen, physically and mentally preparing his next move.

| Before Mitsu reached Shi, he noticed an intense bright light and a great deal of heat radiating from where Kuroda and the other Shi were, along with the sound of an explosion. But Mitsu had no time to worry about that. He sadly noticed that his punch was being countered with a kunai. He couldn't deflect it, and he couldn't move out of it's path, so he put restraint on his punch as much as he could and took the hit. He knew it would be painful, and as he took the hit he was throwing a kick with his left foot. He was close and flexible enough that if Shi blocked his kick, he could probably reach and grab with his right hand to grab the Netsuki. He threw the kick a bit before the reaching grab, hoping that Shi would react to the kick first and not be able to do anything about his hand. The pain then began to set in. He revealed nothing but his eyes narrowing. It would be about now that Kuroda was about screwed with the whole second fireball thing, but Mitsu couldn't see any of that and was focused on trying to ignore the pain. | |

| Kuroda noticed the huge explosion created by the ball he had just avoided and was thankful he had gotten away. He felt nervous, knowing he could have been in as bad a state as the tea chest was now if he hadn't used the kawarimi. He continued to charge, but found that the man had in fact noticed him from the sound of his footsteps, as he used another jutsu. This time, it was the exact same one, but aimed directly at the ground. He now knew that he had been going after the clone, as if it was truly him, he wouldn't aim an explosive jutsu directly at the ground near his feet. Kuroda tried to stop, turn, do anything to get away, but it was too late. The jutsu moved so fast, there wouldn't be a thing he could do at that close of a distance. He could only watch in horror as the ball struck the ground, emitting a fiery explosion just like the one he had seen happen to the tea chest, only now directly by him. The blast was strong enough to knock him back, and the heat generated started to singe his clothes and burn his skin. He screamed out in pain as the heat continued to surge from the explosion. His entire body felt burnt, feeling blisters forming across his skin. He fell to the ground, shaking in pain. He wouldn't be able to continue this fight, not like this. He tried to think of something, anything that he could do, but the pain kept him down, sapping his fighting will. He knew this was bad, but couldn't see the extent of the burns. All he could do was lay and wait, hoping to receive help soon. | |

| The kunai dug into his fist and the image was grizzly. Shihouin had ended up stabbing him between his middle and ring finger, going through his bone and flesh about a couple of inches before the kunai stopped. At this point, the fight was over no matter how much the genin fought, but Mitsu seemed to still have some kick in him left. Shihouin's style for the current was defensive and it offered him the best possible movement to react, with this being said, he could keep moving while keeping this stance. This gave him the ability to change direction of attacks and also the flow of the taijutsu fight. He didn't need his Sharingan to see Mitsu's kick coming towards his body. The kunai had left his left hand injured and his right hand free, so Shihouin knew what was coming. The moment Mitsu rose his foot up, Shihouin quickly walked backward a few steps, holding to the kunai that was still in Mitsu's hand. After a few steps and moving a 1m back, Shihouin let go of the kunai and would jump back another meter, keeping both feet close to the ground for safety. Shihouin prepared a kunai with a tagged note in hand, a signal that he should quit. If he drew this out it would only lead in his failure.
Meanwhile, Kuroda would need some serious hospitalization. He had minor second degree burns all over his body and his clothes were barely hanging on to him, the pain was intense and it would hurt unlike anything he had felt before. Shihouin knew the feeling, he knew how much it had to hurt and how much he wanted to cry out. Twice he had been burned, once by his master and another time in a genjutsu by his sensei. Even though he was an Uchiha, fire still hurt no matter who was playing with it. However, everything depending on Mitsu's will. Would he forfeit and take the loss so his friend could be helped quicker, or would he continue on and try to win? Would he subject his injury to further infection and make the pain worse on Kuroda? Mitsu's call.

| Shi was able to see everything coming and moved accordingly and jumped back to avoid Mitsu's last-resort grab for the netsuki. Shi drew out another kunai with a tag placed on it to show him that is was over. Mitsu knew he couldn't nor shouldn't go on. He looked over after the second explosion and noticed the Shi clone gone, and a charred Kuroda on the ground. The second explosion was the same as the first, most likely the same jutsu. This meant the Kuroda was in need of a medic, and trying to prolong the fight would delay that. The pain was definitely setting in, Mitsu's nerves bombarding his brain with pain signals. The kunai was still in place too, which was somewhat good since it helped stop the blood flow slightly. "Alright, its over. I'm not going to be able to continue this fight with my partner down and with this kind of injury. Get him help immediately, I'll take care of my own injury myself." Mitsu fell to one knee and placed his right hand on the kunai's handle. This was going to hurt...a lot. He closed his eyes and pulled out the kunai with the first attempt. Blood spattered on the floor a bit and the kunai still had some on the blade. He dropped the kunai and grabbed his finger from the knuckle. He proceeded to remove the whole finger, his bloodline thankfully giving him temporary relief due to the numbing effect. His bones had replaced themselves and the wound slightly healed, but not by much. The numbing effect was over, and the pain set in again. Mitsu breathed in quickly through his teeth from the returning intensity of pain. He grasped his hand and ignored the pain as much as he could. This was nothing compared to what Kuroda must have been feeling. He walked over to the door and picked up his umbrella. He took out a kunai and cut part of the cloth off. The then wrapped it around his finger tightly several times. He walked over to Kuroda, where Shi would likely be. If he were there he would ask him; "How bad is he?" | |

| Shihouin motioned over to Kuroda, walking closer to his body with ease as to not startle the boy. In his mind he was fine, but obviously Kuroda had been in a new world of pain. His body was burned badly, which had turned him horribly red similar to the color of a pale tomato. Yet even though it was time for him to see about Kuroda, Shihouin already knew that he had experienced much worse before and if Kuroda wanted to continue to survive and grow stronger he would have to learn how to deal with this type of pain. Luckily Mitsu's bloodline would allow him to tend to his own wound and deal with his injury properly.
"It's not that bad even though it looks like it. He'll be fine though. You should head home and tend to that hand a bit more, if I were you I'd stop by and get something to wrap that with better and get some ointment on it."
Shihouin bent down to one knee, looking at Kuroda's body. He put his hands together and created a Kage Bunshin with what chakra he had left, so the bit of fatigue he had would hit home with his body especially. "Take this child as safely as you can to the hospital. Sadly I've got other things to attend to at the moment. Make sure they get the best doctors for him..." Shihouin needed to attend to other matters, which were more personally pressing than Kuroda's current matter. The Kage Bunshin would deliver as promised and make sure that Kuroda got their as safely as possible.
