These users have excellent chakra control, which means they waste little chakra in battle. People with excellent chakra control usually have average or below average chakra. Since the amount of chakra is smaller, it is easier to master control over it. People with this skill are like, Itachi, Kakakshi and Orochimaru.

Basic Control: You have a understanding about the amount of chakra you put out but being a beginner, you have basic knowledge on the matter at hand. You're able a put forth little effort with basic techniques and a few C rank techniques.

Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel

Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

In this case, for the Genin Aimi, this technique is still just at rank C making it impossible for her to do anything else than use the chakra scalpel to momentarily stun the spot it touches, then for an example if Aimi would use it on someone's knee it would give in, (then only take effect for 1 post.) This technique can't work on anyone higher ranked than her.

Description: Aimi can focus her chakra into her hands in that way that when she places her hands over the patient, she can numb a certain area on his/hers body. This is still only a D rank technique so she could only temporarily numb someone (for 3 posts) and the area she would numb would only be the area under her hands.

Description: Aimi can retract small things from wounds like wood splinters and minor poison with her medical chakra skills. She has to hold her hands over the wound and focus on her chakra while also focusing on retracting the things that need to be.

Description: Here Aimi focuses her chakra into her hands, adding into it additionally her own body heat. As she then places her hands on the person that needs treatment, she uses the chakra to warm that person up. This is for when someone would perhaps fall into water and get hypothermia. She can't bring back anyone that's too far gone or a big adult, but this would perhaps help more for someone of the smaller size... like children or small animals.

Description: This is the basic healing technique that a medical ninja would use, as the ninja places his or her hands over a wound and slowly manages to heal it. The Genin rank ninja can only heal minor wounds.

Birth: Aimi's mother, Midori, had always wished for a child and then preferably a girl. But at the age of 36 she was thinking she perhaps couldn't have children. She and her husband were starting to think if they should perhaps adopt a homeless child, when the good news struck. Finally she had become pregnant. "This is like a dream come true, honey! We must start thinking of a name right away!" The woman said to her husband, Mamoru. The Kumo ninja looked lovingly at his beautiful wife and smiled as he was also thrilled over finally being able to have a child with the love of his life. They had met when they were both 16 and had immediately fallen in love. Not 1 year after they had met they were already married. Their friends and family had worried about them, thinking they moved too fast and would perhaps not be able to last, but now 20 years later they were still just as much in love as they had been when they were teenagers.

After much thought, they came to the conclusion that "Aimi" (which means love beauty) would be a fitting name if they had a girl and "Hiroyuki" (which means widespread happiness) if they would have a boy. It was like a big ray of light had started shining into their lives now that they knew they'd have a small human being to take care of and teach all the good things of the world to. Both Midori and Mamoru were a very kind people that rarely ever argued, and were the typical happily married couple. They had both many friends and did good on their missions, without though being anything extra-ordinary.

But to their surprise, when the child was born, then it was clear that Midori had been carrying twins. Two beautiful girls were born, but their eye colors were as different as the day and night. The earlier born had dark colored eyes while the other had pale blue eyes. The parents were overcome with happiness, but there had not much more than a day passed when disaster struck. There had been a man in the neighbourhood which stole children and sold them in other villages to people that were desperate to get children themselves. Now he came to the hospital in Kumogakure and took the pale blue eye'd twin but got distracted as he was about to take the other one. He managed to escape from the village, and left the hearts of the people with great sorrow. Midori and Mamoru got so struck by this, that they thought their hearts would burst. The small girl which had been left behind was named Aimi as they had decided right at the beginning and the parents were sure there wasn't anywhere else as beautiful child...except for her lost sister, as so many other parents thought of their own offsprings. Aimi was a very cheerful child, only crying at first when she was hungry or tired. As she started to crawl around, she seemed to be very adventurous as she was gone from one room to the other at such rapid speed that it made her parents wonder how on earth she did that. As she started to grow more and begin talking and smiling towards everyone around her, then everyone had to agree with the parents that there was rare finding such a pure looking and kind child that always seemed to want to help everyone around her.

They never stopped searching for their other child, desperate to have her again, but as the years passed the hope started slipping away. They never told Aimi that she had a twin sister, and had made the few other people which knew, swear never to tell anyone either. Little did they know that the child they had thought was probably dead by now, was being raised in Konoha under the name Hitomi Aoi.

Academy:
As Aimi entered the academy she was a little shy at first, but remembered her mother's words about just smiling and being herself. So after a few awkward minutes of silence as the children were getting to know each other, she was already done finding a few friends that ran around laughing with her. While in classes she was the role model student, as she was always ready to answer if the teachers asked a question and never complained over homework but finished it all the same day. Although she was a smart girl and paid attention in classes, she wasn't any genius but just a normal, smart girl that tended to perhaps daydream a little bit too much from time to time.

The young girl showed great chakra potential as she was able to focus it for a longer time than the others, making her teachers be very certain that she would be able to have a promising future as a ninja. It was pretty early in her school years that Aimi decided that she wanted to be a medical ninja, since she was against fighting but wanted to help out as she could. And what was best, that if she could use medical Jutsus, she could also save injured animals herself instead of always taking them to the vet.

Her parents strong love for each other made Aimi wish to also meet someone and fall in love at first sight. She had that dream about this "true love" that could conquer anything, and make her feel like she floated on a pink cloud. As she didn't mind if others laughed at her, seeing she had just as much humor about herself as others, then she shared her thoughts about this with her friends. Some laughed, mostly the boys, and said she was crazy while most of her girl friends started thinking about the same also and then sigh as she did while thinking about some distant hero in the future that would swipe them off their feet.

She graduated along with her friends at the proper age of 12. The years in the academy had been very good for Aimi, and there were few that weren't her friends.

Current:
After graduating, Aimi had taken part of many small missions but still didn't have a team with a special sensei. She wished for that, since she liked being able to work with others but until now she just waits patiently. The young Kumo ninja usually spends her days with doing chores for her parents or anyone else that needs help, then she visits friends or takes walks around the village and gives random homeless animals food which she buys with her own pocket money. She also goes to the hot springs as often as she can, or spends time in learning new songs. Not all her time goes to playing as she also trains hard to become more skilled as a medical ninja.

One of the things that were in Aimi's dreams, was to be able to travel and see the world outside of her village. Even if she loved about everything with Kumogakure, she was still curious as to what was else out there. Perhaps her knight in shining armor was waiting in some distant village, or then he was a lone traveler. That thought made her giggle to herself while shaking her head, as sometimes her own imagination made the young girl call herself rather naive and silly.

"Come now, I wont hurt you." The low, gentle voice of the dark haired girl which lay on her stomach in front of a paper box, traveled to the ears of a scared stray cat that was hissing at this human that seemed to be going to bother it. Earlier that day Aimi had seen a few small kids been kicking the box around, and her curious self had gone to see what they had been doing. Feeling rather angry over what they were doing, but still being herself, she had made the kids stand in front of her while holding a long lecture about respecting the lives of everything in the nature. After being sure the kids understood what she meant, she had allowed them to go home after making them promise her never to hurt an animal again. The orange colored cat had been mostly scared and not hurt, but determined not to let anyone come close to it.

To try and solve that problem, Aimi had run to the store that was nearby and bought a few treats which she was now done placing on the ground in front of the box as she lay a few feet away and tried to lure the frightened cat out of it's box with her soothing voice. Anyone that walked past this scenery would probably start wondering what was going on, unless of course that person knew Aimi. Then the usual thought would be "oh it's just Aimi saving someone yet again..". The Kumo Genin had probably been on the ground for 15 minutes when the cat finally started moving, and with a low complaining sound it stepped outside of the box and started nibbling on the treats that were placed before it.

"That's a good boy." Whispered Aimi as she lay still and watched lovingly as the animal ate, after making sure she wasn't going to try and capture it. The cat just took a few minutes to finish the treats before it sat down and started licking it's paws in a rather carefree manner. But it's greenish eyes glanced every once in a while at the girl that still lay there and watched. The corners of her mouth lifted slightly as she smiled gently at the beautiful but dirty cat. "Thank God, you seem to be alright." Slowly but steadily she sat up and backed slightly away before standing up and brushing some dirt off of her clothes. The cat had stopped licking it's paws as she started to move, but it didn't seem that scared of her as it didn't flee even if she started patting her legs and front to get all the dirt off. "Have a good day, kitty." A final smile was given before she turned on her heel and walked in light steps away from where the cat sat. She wasn't going to try and capture it, but perhaps one day she would be able to pet it if she was able to give it treats every day.

What should I do now... I'm done with what mom told me to do.. I can't visit Keiko now since she's busy training... Keiko was one of her best friends, and one of the few friends that shared the same romantic view of the world as Aimi did. She came to the conclusion that perhaps she should train also, since everybody seemed to be busy with that lately. I can't be left behind! But just in case... she took one last stroll around the village to see if anyone needed anything or if perhaps the kids had gone behind their words and found a new victim to tease.
