Though that simple shell is easy to get around. She usually wears a blue sleveless shirt which claspes over the right side, along with a matching blue skirt and thigh high stockings. Aside frmo this she wears black boots and a black Haiori on occasion. It switches between that and a dark blue cape. She also wears a large silver clamp on her back for the massive sword she carries.
On occasion she wears an all white attire, though this is extreamly rare. The entire two piece is completely form fitting. From teh pants to the shirt. Aside form that when she wears the white attire she also wears a white cape with two shoulder puldrums and a pair of metalic sliver boots. More akine to a knight in terms of style.
Personality:Even from childhood, Clare's enormous willpower is apparent when she would persistently follow Kuze despite the dangers. While with Kuze, it seemed she was initially emotionally closed-off, but she begins to open up as she spends more time with him.
Her determination to redeem the Sinota name made her take on Ryoshushi's trial and steal it from Kashaku along with his power. When she became a Chuunin, she developed a cold and independent demeanor, refusing all help and wanting to master things by herself. But this was shown to be a mere cover, and as her life progresses, Clare retains her compassionate human heart.
She is extremely selfless and was shown to injure herself to save others. Clare has extreme loyalty for her friends and was distraught when Kuze and Aeon died. She also possesses a tendency to ignore advice and that causes her to run wild at times.

History:
In the beginning the Ozunu Clan flourished in Konoha for a time. However only two generations into its instatement as a clan of Konoha the Ozunu clan hit a few snags as far as contained profit went. It’s own personal revenue was in jeopardy. As such the leader of the Ozunu clan looked to have his eldest of two daughters married off to a higher echelon clan.
Eventually Aisu Ozunu was married off to Kodama Sinota. Their offspring bore the first of many with a special gift. And their off spring’s off spring. Ozunu was integrated into the Sinota clan which was more of a mutual benefit for both clans, and Aisu was sent off to Kirigakure.
The rise of the clan started with Kuze's father and the appearance of Tatsuma, his legendary katana. the clan was both loved and feared by the people it swore to protect, as such a close eye was always kept on them.
Fall of the Clan
Kuze's rise to power was sudden and ill warranted. The mysterious death o his father leading to him being forced to take over. He married Helena Sato to once again meld a weaker Clan into the Sinota household. This was a beneficial to both Clans, as both would be strengthened to a degree.
Due to events that happened just fifteen years before the Sinota clan was significantly weakened as far as its standing and was almost cast out from the water country completely.
It was later proven that Kuze's exploits had lead to more or a rift between the clan and the land of water. His growing influence was striking fear into the higher ups of the land of water. It was decided that his power being left unchecked was too dangerous.
Kuze was later selected for a mission in which he was betrayed and killed by his own allies (who he referred to as his brothers) the village hidden in the mist had turned on the Sinota clan. Their own power being the cause for their downfall.
The current leader of the clan is unknown. It rightfully belongs to Clous however with his absence another head must have been chosen.
Special Info:
When a member of the clan reaches acertain level their souls will be tested determining their path as a member of the Sinota Clan. Those that follow a path of order and law are deemed Ashitaba, those that chose a more round about neutral way…split between the two are called Fuhen. The last being the path of darkness, Nekura. In the end once they reach the peak of their ability those of the Sinota clan become Kaigan Hito, or awakened beings.

The Angel’s eye turns the users eyes a dark blue, while the Demon’s eye shows an demonic styled golden yellow color.
Until the power is truly gained, the ability to "see" is scattered through time for those who are new users of the dragon eyes. However the few with experience are able to control the flow of time traveling through their minds.
Failure to have a strong resolve let alone psyche will more than likely lead one to become insane and violent. Tenkorata’s will was wavering at the time leading to his erratic and violent behavior. His power played a key role in his insanity, and later his death by Kodama Sinota.
When it is not always possible just predict certain occurrences, Tenkorata once compared his power to rain. All the rain drops hit a predetermined place, based on wind and such. They congregate together to and flow, eventually making a stream; according to Kodama, that was his fate. He basically says he can hear the rain, but he can't understand the significance of every drop. Basically indicating his Boushi will only show him bits and pieces of possible futures, and he doesn't have the ability to piece together the whole picture. This makes the power worthless in others opinions.

Description:
The Faint Blow is a two move technique which judging on the path taken by those of the Sinota Clan has a varying effect. Those of the (Light) variation build chakra into the desired hand and foot. This being a close range technique requires on to close the distance greatly. Using any means necessary one is to get close enough preferably by air the chakra stored in the hand flares out becoming visible. Those with light affiliation have their chakra flare up and disperse from the hand and wrist area. The chakra takes the form of feathers as it is forced through the air. The following being the foot takes the same effect. However those of the dark affiliation have their chakra change colors to a deep black. The effects are generally the same as a concentration of force (Fuuton) at a single point.

Description:
Flight depending on Clan affiliation is simple in nature. Chakra is stored in the back and then released forming wings built entirely on chakra. The light affinity would have their wings take the form of light blue wings which only support limited flight ofa single person for limited amounts of time. The Dark affinity forms a more demonic stylized look, all black with highlights of an almost red chakra extend from the back.

Description:
Ryoshush at one point was a silver Katana that never seems to lose its shine, the blade hasd a black dragon ingraved on the left side, When infused with The elemental chakra of the Sinota clan the blade turns red as visible chakra extends from the sword increasing its power. The strength of this weapons varies on the user's chakra control and skill. This obviously stems from the use of Koori and its other techniques when using Tatsuma itself. The chakra also is considered as a sacrifice to Tatsuma, feeding it chakra in return having ones own strenght and speed increased when using the weapon. By doing so the Guardian Tatsum pous its power int othe weilder slightly increasing its muscle mass and concentrating all of the users power in several direct motions. Used consistantly can cause a horrible straing on a body that is simply not trained to handle such preasure, the blood flow increases and addrinaline rushes considerably which can force one into a heart attack of sorts. However this is costly as the time it takes to recover the lsot chakra takes more time than it normally would when preforming normal jutsu. Often leading one to several days of bed rest if used too extensively. Every wielder of the blade must sign a contract in a mix of blood and chakra, after which the weilder is placed through a trial of sorts. A right of passage, which if faild will result in the loss of soul (Actually the would be weilder gos into a coma and dies.) Clare keeps this scroll locked away, or on her person at all times.
The increase in ability when Hyoutenka is applied to the weapons is more of a trick than anything. As far as increasing its power and adding an elemental twist to teh sword. Its actual speed is a no different. It's what isn't seen by hte naked eye in terms of chakra actually being released from the blade ahead of its swing. The distance being less than four inches though it can make a huge difference in certain battles. As for strength applying the suiton based chakra then doubles the swords cutting power by forcing preasure downward at the blades edges.

History:
Tatsuma has been passed down through the Sinota clan for only three Generation. First being used by Clous' grandfather who developed the fierce chakra blade techniques. After his death it was passed to his son, and Clous' father who made the blade famous by slaying over a hundred ninja with it. After his death Clous' mother briefly wielded the blade to defend Clous when he was young, before giving it to him as she died.
It is hintied around that Kashaku at one point attempted to wield the blade when it was first forged but ;ater on decided against it. Instead giving it to its rightful owner. Later on after Kashaku's return to Kirigakure he found himself facing that blade in the hands of his nephew and Clous' father. The fight was long and taxing onn both. Kashaku was impressed with the young mans ability but he was obviously holding back for the sake of his own clan and not wonting to hurt someone of hs same blood.
Just before Kashaku's final departure from Kirigakure he delivered the blade of the now fallen to a young Clous and his mother who at the time didn't know who it was delivering the sword. This only three days before both mother and son went on the run for their lives.
Kashaku departed with his own weapon traveling to Otogakure and staying there for several years before finally going to Kumogakure where he was sleaed, and Ryoshushi was taken by one of his own kin.

Description: A technique that does not require hand seals, the user's hand would become magnetic and they would be able to draw up silver, coins, jewelry, etc. This jutsu is powerful enough to be used to attract weapons up to as large as a fuuma shuriken to the user's hands, though there is still the danger of being cut by the weapon if the user isn't used to catching weapons in flight. A skilled user of the jutsu is able to use it to only slightly alter the path of a projectile, making them miss the user without having to catch them. This ability does not require the use of handseals.

Description: This is for use in areas with little or no water. The object of this jutsu is to bring water to you. By performing a number of seals, and focusing ones chakra into the ground, water within a given area, depending on ones chakra strength and water control, will be condensed and begin to form clouds. Once this is complete the clouds then proceed to the selected area, causing a down pour bringing the water to the user. There must be at least some water in the immediate area, and this technique does take a while, so it is hard to bring a sufficient amount in a short time, unless one has the element of surprise.

Seal Info:Kaigan Hito is a gift given to those who pass the writ and honing the power of the Clan to its full ability. However it can only be giving from the Ozunu part of the Clan Upon completing several tests and gaining the eyes the Ozunu head by then will deem them as worthy of the power and grant them a seal for unlocking vast abilities.
Background Information/ RP Sample
History:Early life
Clare grew up without much care for the outside world. Her only concerns being her own happiness. She was brat despite being from the lower house of the Sinota clan. But still like the other members of the clan she enjoyed leisure that most in Kirigakure didn’t. Because of her high aptitude with Hyoutenka at an early age Kuze took her under his wing often over seeing her training and how exactly she was handled at the academy.
One would call it keeping a close eye, but it was more. Kuze honestly believed that she could one day possess Tatsuma instead of his own son. She was just too amazing to pass up. And with the tension building he would need someone strong enough who could hold the mantel after eh was gone. He just didn’t see his young son doing that at the moment.
Of course it was impossible to approach such a young Clare with something like that. By this time she had just become a Genin. She spent her days studying under Kuze learning how to control the clan KKG. Many of the upper echelons of the clan thought of it as taboo having a lower house member learn the secerets of the upper. Including the power of the guardians. The elders were outraged when Kuze placed the Dragon god’s seal on her.
Genin, flee from Kirigakure
After learning of Kuze’s death and the trouble heading toward the Clan Clare’s parents packed house and left Kirigakure behind just days before all hell broke loose. From what her parents reluctantlt told her Kashaku had reappeared and stirred up a hornets nest leading to Kuze’s death and the fall of the clan rather quickly. It was at that moment that Clare vowed to kill him for the sake of Kuze’s family.
After immigrating to Kumogakure clare learned of Kuze’s wife having died less the 48 hours later after the clan itself was scattered into the four winds. She couldn’t help but wonder what happened to their son. She never really had any form of a relationship with the little boy but they were still kin no matter how obviously distant that was.
For that she hated Kirigakure. It wasn’t enough that they cut off the head but to defile the body after it was already broken was doing more than adding insult to injury. Almost instantly her old persona took over leading her to cut off from people completely and live her life on her own by her own standards.
Chuunin, Dragon eyes; killer instinct, a hunt for Kashaku
Shortly after becoming a Chuunin Clare stumbled into an odd cycle of catacombs under Kumogakure. They were old, really old but it was obvious that it was monitored. By who remained the question though. She would often steal away there when ever she had free time immersing herself in the many books that lined the walls of the center chamber.
It wasn’t for another six months that she discovered the catacombs run deeper and she found several passage ways that lead under ground. Apprehensive at first she swallowed that fear and went on. What meet her gaze there was something she would have never expected. A young adult male was there seemingly frozen in sleep tied down by some odd chakra and surrounded by an ominous sphere.
His eyes though wide open and dragon like gazed out full of life but looked past her. Thousands of miles past her as if she wasn’t even there. And in a way he wasn’t either. After a few days of non stop research she found out who he was and her hatred for him burned all over again. Try as she might killing him seemed impossible as she had nothing to break throgu hteh seal to get to him. So she did the next best thing.
Ryoshushi was perched up along an Alter. It called to her, at first she refused to go near it. But she quickly remembered what it was. A smirk crossed her face as she reached for it feeling tat old Sinota power flowing through it. It was dark, something about Ryoshushi had changed that was certain but what remained a mystery. The sword quickly changed forms bending to Clare’s will. It turned from a traditional white and red Katana to an odd styled heavy broad sword. At first she had trouble even carrying the thing and it drained her chakra.
She couldn’t let go, but after a few minutes the sword seemed as much part of her as her own limbs. She was able to move it easy enough. Though she tried to use it to kill Kashaku the blade refused to move against its former master and Clare was forced to leave his “worthless ass” behind.
Jounin
It wasn’t for another year before Clare was a full blown Jounin. By then she earned the title Silver Eyed Witch because of her eye color. And one of the few survivors she left after a mission described her fighting as something he never wanted to see again. Her dragon eyes had fully developed long before she took that final step to her current state.
He seal, Hyoutenka, Ryoushushi. The power of the main house was hers. And she had no intention on ever releasing it. And when Kashaku woke up. She would be there waiting for him at all times. She knew that Ryoshushi would call to him, and when that came she would use that to kill him if it was the last thing she ever did.

Clare’s eyes shifted from side to side as she watched several rogue shinobi emerge from the surrounding forest. “Well this isn’t fare at all,” she muttered as her hand went up toward the hilt of her massive sword. She paused for a moment as he silver eyes locked in on some of the faces.
These guys intercepted me, they move well but I still can’t tell where they’re from. Thy all use different elements, and with no headbands it’s difficult to tell. Guess I’ll have to feel it out. Two of the five shinobi moved to either side making clones. Regular shadow clones from the looks of it. Her eyes shifted changing shape and color as she took step back.
Damn, I can’t see what I want. No matter it’s more than enough but at the least none of these guys will get away. That I can see without the eyes. She shifted her stance pulling the sword form it’s latch as one approached. She swung the sword cleaving the shinobi in half before he vanished. “That one was a clone? So what are you just testing the waters?” That question wasn’t there for them to answer.
She sighed holding the sword over her shoulder as she started to pace. Hyoutenka flared up coursing through her body instantly. “You’re annoying me already.” She formed a few handseals before releasing the mass of the KKG using the ground zero technique. From this only one of the shinobi were able to get away. The other four and the clones were caught up in the jutsu and were indisposed for the moment.
So she went after the one that seemed to be putting up a challenge. He held two giant shuriken. Not standard weapon but not exactly original either. She swung her sword down at him which he was able to block crossing his two weapons and tried to push back.
Judging from the look in his eyes Clare could tell that he wasn’t expecting her to be so strong. Her grip around the sword tightened as she put a little bit more muscle into it. “Come one, that can’t be all a big strong man like you has to offer.” She smirked as she pushed him back and closed in quickly slashing horizontally and cleaving him in half.
As his body fell to the ground in two she looked around seeing as she had an opening she decided to be on her way before the rest of them got bold. She didn’t want to have to fight them al lat once anyway. She was surprised they didn’t all gang up on her.
Getting about a good mile or two away from the scene she started to hear a voice whisper to her. She froze and looked back startled at first. There was no one there. She looked around wonder what the hell was going on when the voice called to her again. “Where are you?”
No answer… She sighed continuing on her way. “I’m loosing it.” She took of running jumping to a tree and pouring on as much speed as she could. At this point the voice kept coming and oddly she felt herself panicking. “What is this? Damn, this voice” She tripped almost landing face first but she was able to hook her leg around the branch and bring herself down to the ground without injury.
This was weird, this voice brought a chill to her spine. All it did was call her name over and over. “Who the hell are you!?” She turned seeing a cloaked figure right in her face. She couldn’t see any features but him being so close to her and the weird feeling she got left her frozen. “W-who are you?”
The figure smirked holding up a finger to his lips. “Don’t worry about that.” His voice was still a whisper. “Which of you will die first?” That was all he said as a cold mist rushed through the woods surprisingly blinding Clare for a few seconds. She shook her head trying to rub her eyes.
By the time she looked back he was gone, she was confused and a little freaked out. But his voice remained, it was still in her head. “W-what is this, some kind of genjutsu?” She wondered but none of those she had just fought had time to do it. Or maybe they ha all the time they needed. Could it have been that she was in one the whole time?
She used release but nothing happened. So that proved it. This wasn’t a genjutsu. So then what? A dream? No this was too damned real, and she already remembered waking up this morning. Her body slowly started getting numb and before she knew it she was falling face first t o the ground.
Once more she woke up, but wait…she was walking. Talk about Déjà vu, she had seen this surrounding forest before…hadn’t she? That’s when it hit her, the soon to be now.
