    In order to keep the villages even, from this point a limit on ranks will be imposed. Which will be changed to keep proportionate.The number of Genin will determine how many Jounin spots are available and so on. Also note that if you fail to RP for a week without good reason, it is highly likely that you will be demoted to a lower rank.
