Orihima's Good Training-filled Day. [My Character Only]

Orihima didn't really like the fact that everyone seemed to suggest she go to the training grounds early in the morning. Why early? Because apparently no one would be there. That was almost always wrong, though. Someone was bound to think the same, especially if people went around suggesting to others to go early. However, the Hyuuga didn't like the advice because she knew everyone would go early. She didn't like the advice because she didn't understand why everyone wanted to go early and be alone when they train. Orihima believed there was nothing wrong with training with others. If anything, it helped in some ways. Or maybe she was just so used to training with her family?

The Hyuuga ceased thinking further on the subject, for she had arrived at the oh-so famous training grounds. It was time to train. It had to have been around noon, maybe one o'clock. She had not arrived early despite all of the suggestions. Though she was not the type to get a sense of thrill from rebelling, Orihima could feel the urge to puff out her chest and raise her head up high, as to mock them all. Her dull and uncolored eyes examined the area. She was not alone, just as suspected. Two boys appeared to have been training for they were breathing heavily and sweating. 'Too bad they didn't take their shirts off!' yelled a tiny part of her somewhere deep in her mind. Orihima was too focused to let the perverted thoughts take over. It was time to train.

"Hey!" she called at them to get their attention. It worked.

"Aren't you that Hyuuga girl?" questioned one of them. Orihima slit her eyes and looked at the boy who had asked the question. She had heard that question so many times before, it irritated her. "Yes. Yes, I am. I'm sure my eyes gave it away.". The boys nodded their heads in agreement. She blinked with actual effort and stared at them. Somewhere inside her head, she was laughing at the boys, not expecting them to have actually agreed so easily and civil. "Well, anyways, I need to borrow one of you... For training. It's two Taijutsu moves and they won't make you bleed or break a bone, but you'll obviously get beat up a little." she explained, waving a hand as she did so. They both looked at her and then looked at each other. "You can borrow me?" stated the one that had been doing most of the talking between the two of them. Although, his statement came out more as a question, as if he was wondering if it was acceptable or not. It was acceptable. "Alright then!" Orihima said with some actual excitement. "You can strike first!" she stated while preparing herself.

She was not going to use her Gentle Fist fighting style. She believed having a couple of techniques that weren't her usual Gentle Fist fighting style might one day prove some sort of use. The other boy moved out of the way and leaned against a tree, watching. Her opponent charged at her with a fist. She leaned backwards, falling, and grabbed his shoulders to bring him along with her. Orihima's knee right squeezed in between them. Her back finally made contact with the ground and just as she remembered from her taijutsu studying, she extended her right leg and sent him flying over her. He went flying a foot or so and skidded across the ground. She could her him groan and quickly scramble to get up. The Hyuuga mentally checked off the taijutsu move from her head, leaving one more to try and use against him. She rolled over and quickly stood up just as he had stood up, smiling with the already progressive session.

The boy let out breath and threw two kunai at her. She sidestepped the thrown weapons and charged at him. He braced himself and raised his hands up as if to stop a punch. Orihima did not punch him, though pushed in between his raised hands with both of her palms. She had placed all her strength in knocking him back and he went flying again. Half a meter to be exact! "Those were the two, then?" asked the boy who was rubbing one of his shoulders. Orihima gave him her rare crooked smile and took a breath. "That's it!" she nodded her head vigorously. "Thanks!" she added on, very pleased with how quick and easy it had turned out. With that, she left the two slightly dumbfounded boys.

Now, the girl was only warmed up. Secretly, she had been working on two other taijutsu for the past few days. She even planned on using one of them against her father when they were going to train later. Orihima stood outside her clan's headquarters. She still had about half an hour before her father would return home, ready to train her for an hour or so. The technique she was going to teach herself would focus non-elemental chakra outside of her body and propelled as needles, capable of hitting very small targets, but as well as certain parts of the chakra system and substances made of chakra. The ambitious kunoichi had already practiced it a few times, but was she was going to perfect right then and there. No one was around here, she was alone. Her Byakugan activated and she began to focus chakra outside of herself. She formed them into needles and propelled them with her hands, hitting random insects that had been around the immediate area. Her hands swayed left and right, up and down, propelling the needles until she was sure their was no more. Her Byakugan deactivated and she proudly counted all the deceased insects. Orihima had hit them all! What a good day it was turning out to be! Just as she stood up from being bent over and counting them all, her father arrived home.

"Father, you're just in time for practice!" Orihima said rather cheerfully. It was a nice break from her usual indifferent or irritated. Her father gave her a small smile and rustled the top of her head. "Well?" she pressed on. Her father, who shared most of her looks she noticed, nodded his head and waltzed into the clan's headquarters. The two Hyuugas distanced a certain amount of space between them. They both positioned themselves, wielding the Gentle Fist fighting style. Both nodded their heads, acknowledging that they were both equally ready. Her father stepped forward, attempting to push her right arm down, which she skillfully swatted away and attempted to get in a hit. Her father blocked, as expected. This cycle continued until she finally decided to use her other new jutsu she had been perfecting the last few days. Non-elemental chakra formed at her hands, sharp like kunai, and as she stroke her father with one of her fingers, she cut him. As soon as she had landed the attack, they both ceased fighting. Her father looked at his arm, examining the cut on his robe and the very light amount of blood that bubbled up, but did not drip. "What was that?" he questioned her. Orihima cut her jutsu short and smiled at her father. "One of my new jutsu." and that was that.
