This is also where Cloud Shinobi come to collect Missions and receive information on their current mission. This is also where Kumo receives messages from other countries.

Shikyo Riku | |  These are where the Shinobi apartments are and is where most shinobi that are of average level live since that's all they can afford. They come with the basic commodities that Kumogakure provides. These apartments are usually four rooms, one bedroom one bath a kitchen and living room/main room. The apartment comes with basic cable hook ups a bed, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a toilet and a small tub/shower combo. Along with any small commodities for a relatively cheap price. Any ninja that is below the rank of Advanced Jounin will usually live in one of these unless they are married or still live with there parents.

If you are an average nin you most likely will not have a home unless you have either made a roomate and are splitting the payments. [Prices are based upon the Housing system that is being made] These houses are usually two story houses with either a grass or gravel yard but are made like classical homes however on the inside they come fully furnished with some of the most high tech stuff.
