Description: The user will collect chakra in his chest and the direct it to his mouth where it will mix with the air and be blow out via his mouth, the user is able to change direction while in mid-air at high speeds. Which would of course be really useful when needed to outwit your opponents or reposition yourself.

Description:This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the users line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

Description: This jutsu is simply a flying jump kick at the side of the enemy's face while shouting "dynamic entry". Guy's version also sometimes involves throwing a kunai to distract the opponent's attention and then attacking them from their blind spot. This technique can also be used to break into buildings.

Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The move here is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

Description: A series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

Description: A taijutsu where one launches a succession of high kicks and low kicks. Firstly, the opponent's evasion margin is restrained upon seeing the high kick, thus augmenting the chances for the low kick to hit the mark. So originally the high kick is little more than a feint.

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching their body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique begins with a swift upper kick that will launch their target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful jutsu like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

Description: This jump uses the entire body as a spring by amassing power in the legs before kicking upwards. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.

Description: The purpose of which is to cause external damage and break bones. It is the exact opposite of Gentle Fist which is used mainly by the Hyūga clan. This style of fighting involves smashing your opponent and is generally used only by extremely physically powerful and dominating shinobi.

Strong Fist is a both an 'External' style and a 'Hard' style martial art:
-An 'External' martial arts style is a fighting style which is characterized by the focus on fast, explosive movements and developing the practitioner's physical strength and agility. Training regimes for external styles focus around the practitioner's muscular power, speed and application, developing their muscle memory and their stamina, building it all up to the desired 'hard' physical level for real combat. Flashback's of Rock Lee show him training rigorously for hours doing exercises such as punching and kicking a hard, wooden training post, hundreds of squats, as well as cardiovascular exercises such as skipping with a jump rope.
-A 'Hard' martial arts style is a fighting style which is characterized by its approach by intercepting and countering an opponent's incoming force with equal and/or greater force: In these styles, the practitioner either directly blocks the incoming attack with an attack of their own of head-on force or by cutting through the attack at an angle with one's own force. These styles rely more on one's external power; in the case of a Strong Fist practitioner, its the user's superior strength and physical conditioning, that brings success. The practitioner fights head-on offensively, and their offense becomes their defense.
