History: At age four, Shinsei got his first real look at shinobi life. His brother was sent on a crucial mission. "Big Brother" as Shinsei called him. He didn't return. Before his disappearence, his brother had left him his favorite black jacket. Shinsei didn't fit into it, but he eventually grew into it. That jacket, Shinsei says, is a constant reminder to him that nothing in the world goes as we feel it should, even at a young age.
His brother was considered the one of the most powerful shinobi of Konohagakure at the time, and rumor has it, he's still alive. Shinsei clinges to the jacket, as a child would to their favorite blanket. But because of his brother's disappearence, Shinsei and his clan are ridiculed constantly, considered a disgrace. Shinsei doesn't care. They had forgotten the strength his brother once carried. They can see, but they won't open their eyes.
He can't see the trees, or the grass, or anything, but what he can see is the truth. The Kuragari are strong, as is he. Shinsei is trying to fill his brother's shoes, trying to become as strong as he was. He wants to prove to the entire Shinobi world that he's a capable ninja, and that he's capable of anything, if he puts his heart, soul, and body in it. Shinsei knows he can accomplish this feat, but he's going to need help...

Info: "Remember, Shinsei, your blind. Not deaf." Those words were spoken to Shinsei from his brother before his disappearence, as Shinsei always reminds himself that, espcially under high-pressure circumstances. Shinsei appears to be around 5'2", and about 100 pounds - give or take. He's shown to be extremely intelectual also, as he's solved numerous equations and solved even some of C-Rank tactics with ease. Shinsei can quickly adapt to any circumstance, and has shown to be calm and collected always, despite he deeply misses his brother.

-In your history, you only have about 130 words of history. Paragraph wise, You have 1 and 3/4 paragraphs completed which makes it a bit short on the genin application. I get the emotion that Shinsei misses his brother (due to the fact that he wears his brothers jacket as a memento) but that is all it is said. Does he strive to get stronger? Is that his ninja way as he journeying through his academic years?

To sum it up, the history is lacking a bit of information on what happen to Shinsei after that major event that affected his life
