The Makeshift Team unites once more [Private]

The morning sun had yet to rise as Nasamea moved about throughout her home. Each step was taken with precision, the main objective to move as quickly and quietly as possible. Why? Because she had nothing better to do and figured she would take the time to practice being sneaky. It never hurt to know how to do this when on a mission an stuff right? She really needed something better to do. Normally she would be out prowling the streets at the moment but last night she sort of did what she had before going on her mission with her team. This action could be called a buffet extravaganza. There were many humans in Konoha. Needles to say, she was energetic as ever and was ready to actually accomplish something during the day.

Doing the norm, Nasamea gathered all her gear and supplies before exiting the apartment before her mom woke up. She would always push that Nasa needed her daily morning breakfast but little did she know what Nasa's meal normally consisted of. She did get her breakfast! It just didn't consist of bacon, eggs, milk, and sometimes sausage. Her breakfast was technically healthier or her, but moving on.

The sun began to rise over the east gate, it's glorious red beams spreading out all over Konoha as it lit the path before her. By now Nasamea knew when the lights shut off before the sun rose and when the people tended to start waking up and going to work or returned home. This time of pure peacefulness was her favorite time. It was also the easiest time to travel.

Nasamea made quick pace to arrive to the first destination and already she mentally checked it off her list of "things to do" today. Sure, it was earlier then shit outside but she was planning on getting this person up no matter what he thought. First problem was, the door to the shop was locked but lucky for her a simple few knocks changed that. Before her then stood the weapon shop owner holding a cup of coffee in hand and confusion on his face.

"Erm, hello. We're closed at the moment," he said with tiredness, his hand raising up as he tapped the door. Yes, she could read. She saw the sign. Now moving on.

"Actually, I was sort of wanting to see Shihouin," she said, rubbing her arm a bit in embarrassment. It was hard to believe but yes, she was shy around new people. Mainly when she as trying to be polite to someone; and yes she can be polite.

"Oh yeah I remember you. Okay, he's in back. I don't know if he's awake yet but go ahead and wake him if he isn't."

"Thank you," she said with a smile, entering as he closed the door behind her. She walked down through the weapon shop until she found the room he was in. Without actually going in yet she poked her head inside and looked around for him, her nose taking in all the different scents, "Shhhiiiiiii?"

Curled over under a mountain of covers in his bed, Shihouin snored softly in his sleep. He had been working for the past few days’ full time hours for the weapons store owner due to a mountain of orders. Sure, the pay was more than enough, but his body was still tired from work. Making weapons was mostly an inside job, but this time the owner had him shoveling more ore and lugging it back and forth from the ore site at least a few miles from the store. The task had been arduous, but at the end of the day his bank book had been getting a lot more zeros than any normal genin should have.

Wafting away from his dreams and waking up in his slumber, an orange cat moved around under his chest and escaped the mountain of covers. It jumped out and dashed towards his head, looking at Nasamea and then looking back at Shihouin. With a soft paw, he clawed at his ear and hair, trying to wake him up. After a few successful attempts at waking him up, he turned in his bed and grunted heavily, opening his eyes to see Nasamea at the door. He sat there and looked at her. What did she want? He hadn’t heard from her in a little while and it figured she probably wanted to a mission with him. Having just got done with a mission a few days ago, he would be reluctant to go on one again, especially a D Ranked one.

He grunted again and closed his eyes, and shifted away from her. The orange cat caught on and began to play rougher, clawing him with each hit. After a while, he couldn’t take it anymore and sat up in his bed, looking towards Nasamea. He could barely keep both eyes opened, but managed to speak. ”Whaaaat? He threw his feet over his bed and got out of it, slipping them into some worn thong sandals as he rubbed his shoulders to warm himself up.

Nasamea heard slight movement beneath a mound of covers and locked on them. She then entered through the door and prepared to walk over before suddenly an orange cat sprang out from beneath the covers. It leaped onto his head and proceeded to start batting at him with its paw. She was kind of confused at that point. As the at did this she stood there and stared, blinking a few times and tilting her own head to the side in confusion. It was then that she heard a grunt, her head readjusting itself as a sort of smile crossed her face. She looked at Shi now, expecting some sort of response but was soon greeted with his eyes being closed again and his body shifting away from her. Tilting her eyebrow up, she then silently moved forward, watching the lcat proceed to beat at him yet again. It looked like it was using its claws this time. She could always wake him up herself but this was kind of funny.

Finally he spoke back, sitting up in his bed and looking at her while rubbing his shoulders. A faint smile crossed her face as she walked over to him. It humored her how he was so sleepy and yet she was ready to run a marathon. This was kind of a first to be honest. Normally she was sleepier on a daily basis but as stated before, human buffet. Anyway!

Crossing over to him, she stood before him, fidgeting a bit as she tried to think of what to do. Soon enough, an answer sort of came to her despite her lack of confidence on the decision. She placed her hands on both of his cheeks, her right one slightly patting his cheek as an attempt to possibly wake him up more.

"Wake up sleepy head, we're going to form together our makeshift team and go training so get ready or else I will have to possibly abuse you."

She grinned a bit before letting her hands slid off.

"I'll be waiting outside, if you're not out there in 10 minutes I will have to do what I said."

She threw a challenging yet sly smile at him while she turned and headed out the door. She would meet him outside like she said. Then they would head to Ayame's.

Even though she tapped him with her hand, the sleep still didn’t want to leave his body. Once she was out of the room, Shihouin went in his dresser and began to dig for his stuff. He removed a pair of shorts and an undershirt, throwing on a black wife beater while he quickly slipped into his shorts. Going to the corner near the door, he grabbed his nin boots and slipped them on as he walked towards his closet. He reached in for a pressed shirt, the same dark blue or black shirt with the Uchiha crest he wore most of the time. All ready, he reached for three nin pouches and fastened them at his waist and strapped the black ninjato to his back.

Walking out of his room, he moved towards a bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror. The cat frolicked around, jumping on the toilet and bathtub, looking for anything he could destroy. Shi moved towards a brush and began to clean out the knots in his hair. After brushing his teeth and making sure his face was OK, he headed back out to the front door and locked the weapons shop. The owner must have been out for more supplies, the place was closed up and the lights were off. Shihouin looked around at the orange cat who had been following him. He gave it a stern look, and the cat sort of whimpered and sighed and then sat on the ground next to them. He looked at Nasa and asked. ”What did you have in mind today? Are we going on a mission?”

Nasamea sat on the steps outside the weapon shop waiting for Shihouin. She watched a few people pass by in boredem. He was tired so she would just let him take his time. Although she was still counting the minutes. So far he had about four left. The moment she started to hum a tune she heard recently, the weapon shop then opened. This caused her to lean back, her back resting against the step behind her and her head back. She gazed right up at Shihouin, a pure smile crossing her face before her ear twitched and her eyes passed over to the kitten next to him. She then turned her body, sitting eye level to the kitten and about Shihouin's knees.

"Hey little guy..." she said with a smile before she gazed up at Shi, "so who's this?"

Whether he was beginning to answer or not, Nasa then pushed herself up and turned slightly towards the two of them. She was just below Shi's eye level. Although she's grown a bit she was still shorter whether she was a step down or not. She didn't mind though. She actually kind of liked it.

At the moment her eye rested on the kitten. She really really wanted to just hug it and pet it. She actually kind of wanted to carry it around on her head if she could. It was like a stuffed toy to her except she knew one couldn't just throw a kitten around. That was cruel and she wasn't; especially to animals. Before Shi may have really had a chance to answer she then answered his question, "oh, and we are going to go pick up Ayame soon."

While she continued to look at him, positioning herself in a way that said for him to lead the way if he wanted to, Nasamea sort of realized that she didn't know what to actually do around him. She wasn't one to make any moves and besides he was half asleep anyway. Well, she did have an idea to wake him up. But maybe it wasn't that much of a good one. Nah, not yet. Instead she had a different idea. This could happen soon, depended on how he reacted.

Shi looked down at the kitten as Nasa started in its eyes. He could tell that she had already messed up that this point. The ‘kitten’ wasn’t a normal cat to say the least, but he didn’t feel like telling Nasamea that it was actually a lion in disguise. Shi continued to ignore it and followed Nasamea as they moved down the street. The cat continued to follow them down the road, occasionally getting side tracked by various things, birds, mice and all sorts of small creatures. As they continued walking, he wondered why they were going to Ayame’s house. He asked her what she had in mind, but she just said that they were going to Ayame’s house. She had already said that the moment she entered the room to greet him, so he figured that she wanted to keep where they were going secret from him, or whatever she had in mind.

Shi’s mind drifted off into the recesses of his consciousness. He began to think about this father and the things his life had in store for him. A part of him wanted to tell Nasamea what had happened, the new information he had learned about his father, but he decided to keep his secrets secret. She didn’t need to know even though they were close, and if she got caught up with his father it would end up putting her in the crosshairs of dangerous situations. The last thing he wanted to do was have her injured, or worse killed by some evil cruel tactic his father had planned out for him.

He wondered when his father would start and how hard he would hit him. Shihouin began to feel uneasy, but he hid it from Nasa as they made their way to Ayame’s house. The summons used to belong to his father, and if his father realized he couldn’t summon lions anymore… He had to assume that he was being watched at all times, he needed to assume that his father was breathing down his neck with every step. Even though it killed him on the inside to worry about that, he had to accept the fact that his life was going this way.

And he would continue down this path for a very long time.

They made their way towards Ayame's with the kitten following right behind. Nasamea could already tell the kitten was smart and well trained. It was actually kind of odd; reminded her of her roaches. Maybe he or she was a pet of his. Well, she had not been around for a while so she wasn't sure what could have happened in the time she was gone. She herself had already went on a mission, learned what her summonings were, more jutsu, more fighting tatics, and even a heck of a lot of information about her past. Something that she felt necessary to keep from him unless she wanted to possibly freak him out. Honestly, she kind of doubted that he would be scared of the fact there was another Kisaki who threatened her life. A Kisaki that had a shit ton of land and members. Nasamea felt that she really did need to explain all that to him one day. Just not necessarily now. Maybe later? Ehh who knew. Everything comes together one way or another.

Not wanting to walk, Nasamea, who was behind Shi, then leaped forward and pushed at his shoulder as she moved by him. She gave him a challenging glance before she began to dash forward. She really wanted to talk and honestly she was enjoying the walk but then again, she rather talk to him later then now. He was still tired looking and needed to be woken up on her opinion. A good run would help. Maybe she could pass some energy to him. Either way, Nasa was running forward, leaping up onto a building and using the roof tops to travel.

Soon enough, Ayame's neighborhood came into picture as she took to a jog down the roads. She then began to walk again, the house just right down the street. Whether Shi beat her or not she waited until he was near her to speak to him, "would be best to walk through here so we don't cause alarm. They might think we're up to no good even though it's super early."

She shrugged at the idea and kept going until they were finally at the door step. Nasamea glanced around at her surroundings much like she always had before she raised her finger and rang the doorbell. She heard it ring inside, her ears tuning in to listen through the door in case anyone was moving about. She would wait about 3 minutes before she would ring it again. Someone had to be up. If not, well, they could always leave her behind even though she was actually interested in the three of them getting together again. Although she acted like a jerk to Ayame in the past, she didn't mind having her around. Why the change of heart? Weeellllllll. Consider that a secret. At least one of the many secrets Nasamea now held since learning about her past... and the other two Kisaki.

She shuddered, letting out a fast breath of air as her shoulders rose. She wasn't cold. It was just that the thought of the Kisaki coming after her, watching her, her and the Kisaki's possible plans, everything; it all made her a bit nervous. There was a murderer out there waiting for her to make her attack and even possibly lurking in the shadows; watching her. Her cautious nature would grow. No, she would grow. And this would all start today.

Her eye's suddenly grew a very serious appearance to them as they flared to life with an internal fire. Ayame may think she was glaring again if she came out and saw her but then again, she may also notice the slight difference between her serious look and the glare. Nasamea couldn't just sit around anymore. They HAD to get stronger. Her, Shi, her team, and even Ayame. Anyone that knew Nasamea was actually possibly in trouble. But she couldn't bring herself to admit that fact.

The reflection of a seemingly happy blonde that was continuously bobbing her head was getting clearer and clearer across the thin metal surface each time the handkerchief made its way across it. On the opposite side of the reflection, Ayame was cleaning out the blade of her Akira sword, Hana Keikoku. In her recent months of continuous training, Ayame has been taking better care of her sword but she still had an extremely long way to go before she could completely master it. For now, she’ll just focus on keeping the blade as clean and sharp as she possibly could.

While she was cleaning her sword, Ayame had earphones in her ear, listening to some of her favorite music which was mostly similar to punk rock, but more of a loose and free version of it. She continued to hum the tune of the song in her ears for a while, not paying too much attention to the world outside her swords reflection. It was then that the song she was listening to ended and she started to hear the sound of a bell and figured that someone must be at the door, which confused Ayame because she didn’t usually have visitors at this time.

Finally taking a look into reality, Ayame looked all around her to notice that she was sitting cross legged in her bed with her usual clothes on that looked similar to a school uniform with her hair down that made it seem like she was almost ready to go somewhere. Quickly checking the time, Ayame realized that she had been so caught up in her music and cleaning that she forgot her morning exercise. Ayame now had a schedule to practice some early morning warm ups before getting a quick training session to prepare her for later in the day.

Hearing, the doorbell once more, Ayame snapped out of her thoughts before taking a hold of her sword, sheathing it and then walked out of her room to head down the stairs, taking a ribbon to tie her hair into a ponytail while walking over to the door. As soon as she took a hold of the stair railing with her free hand, Ayame jumped down to the first floor, grabbing the floor as gravity put some pressure of her for a second before heading over to the front door and opening the door. Once it was open, Ayame leaned onto it as she saw a couple of companions that she hadn’t seen in a while. “Hey, what’s up?”

With the determined look still on her face, Nasamea gazed at Ayame with full force. By now she could expect anything from a firm greeting to Nasa acting as though she were about to obtain leadership again. Nasa was relaxed though; or at least that's what it looked like. Since Shi was still probably out of it and unsure of what was going on, Nasa was left to explain. She honestly didn't like to when she was unsure how to come across but she figured she would anyway. She was just trying to think of reasons for inviting Ayame in the first place. It was sort of out of character for her but then again she was acting odd in general today.

"Well she began, "I pulled Shihouin out of bed and came here. Overall I was wondering if maybe our little makeshift team could get together and possibly train.... whether it be via training at the grounds or on a mission."

She then took a step back to where she could face both of them at angles, "what do you both say?"

She had a feeling Shi couldn't turn down this sort of offer. Well he could but would he want to? Ayame though, she was unsure about. Maybe the reason was to earn another possible alley. She didn't want to drag anyone into this possible war though. She didn't wish to bring Shi in either. Lucky for him she didn't decide to offer the Bokuhi status. This meant he still carried his same scent and that they would most likely leave him alone due to clan policies. That was if the other Kisaki wished to follow them which Nasa kind of had a feeling she wouldn't. Either way, Nasa knew she needed to be stronger, knew Shi wanted to be stronger, and was actually feeling a little concern for Ayame too. They were still just genin after all. What would they choose?

[ooc: Sorry I took so long to make a short post, I was just out of it earlier]

Shihouin didn't know exactly which would be the best choice. On one side, he wanted to begin some training to further his skills with his lion summons and on another hand he wanted to do a mission so he would be closer to becoming Chuunin. Training while doing a mission wouldn't work, because the only missions they could undertake as genin were D Ranked ones which had no combat involved in them at all. He wanted to train though, but at the same time he didn't want to end up stuck in some sort of odd three way match between them. Nasa would be difficult to deal with if she went into her other form and he wasn't so sure that Ayame was ready to see that side of her. But what could it hurt? Just a little spar match to see where everyone was at, he could flex his muscles a little bit. Shihouin looked at the two of them and responded to her question. "Any mission we do will not really be worth our time. Think about all the work we put towards those D Rank missions. If there were some C Rank missions with a little more action then maybe, but there aren't any we can take right now. We should just train or spar each other. Whatever you guys wanna do." He really didn't care about their choice. He kind of wanted to show off his lion summons. He knew that Nasa was physically better than him at her current level, but that didn't mean much when it came to actual battle. He wondered how much Ayame had grown, if she had even grown at all. He hadn't seen her in a while and he was wondering what tricks she had up her sleeve.

OOC: short post not much to say

Ayame crossed her arms and leaned against the front door as she was receiving an explanation on their unannounced visit. Her expression didn’t change too much as she heard it since that was probably the best guess anyways knowing these three. Well, either that or a mission but since her grandfather already had a special one in mind, she probably couldn’t go on another one worth any of her time at the moment. Plus, she needed to train, train, and train in preparation and there was no time for fooling around in one of those D ranks they used to do a few months back.

After hearing, Nasamea’s and then Shihouin’s comments, Ayame just rubbed her neck a bit while rotating it first to the left and then to the right, making a cracking noise with each of these sudden rotations. It really was out of character for her to miss her morning warm ups and her body was letting her know by acting a little stiffer than usual. Nevertheless, Ayame still had intentions on getting quite a bit of training done today so she had it in her mind already that training with them wouldn’t be so bad at the moment.

Plus, Ayame wanted to see where each of them were standing, adding herself into that mix of observation, especially with this mission coming up. “Well, if you guys are finding a harder challenge finder good missions than the missions itself, how about you join me in my upcoming mission? My grandpa is pulling some strings around and setting me off to a B ranked mission pretty soon, plus he said that I was probably going to need to have a team with me in order to getting a better shot at it since it isn’t normally for Gennin shinobi.”

“On that note, I’d love to get a good hit on the training fields so I could start off on my morning exercise that I missed today plus some regular old training is always good when you’re not going solo for motivation, right?" Ayame took on a smile as she slipped on her shoes which were right at the doorway anyways and slipped through the open door she was formerly leaning on and closed the door behind her. “Well then, let’s hit it.”

Nasamea listened intently, crossing her arms as Shihouin was talking. She used one to prop the other, placing her hand beneath her chin as though grasping a thinking pose or supporting her head. She was still feeling her energy from before but now was growing more relaxed. It would possibly seem odd to them but at the moment, she didn't care to much. Her focus was elsewhere, her mind opening like it had when she was talking to Boss Roach. For a moment she began to zone out after Shi spoke, her mind wondering to those future plans yet again. It was Ayame's voice that brought her back though. Mainly her mentioning about them possibly being able to go on a B rank mission. At the moment the most she had done was C ranks. Even the one with her team was considered C rank, it was ridiculous.

After Ayame finished proposing about the mission idea and discussing what the three of them could do now, it was Nasamea's time to speak and make some sort of decision. At first she pondered the mission idea but immediately spoke before there was to much of a pause.

"Sounds like a good idea to me if we can go on the mission. The more we do, the greater chance we can rank up right? Maybe we can even impress them if we do well.

First things first though.... if either of us are going to do any sort of higher ranked mission that actually requires thought and skill, we should learn exactly how it is each of think and whether or not we can work as an actual team... even if we aren't considered one placement wise."

Now she really did seem like she was acting out of character. She went from the 13 year old hot headed girl to one that was thoughtful, calm, and expressed some signs of leadership. This was Nasamea, the real Nasamea. The one that was trained years ago by her mother, a past leader whom "owned" the most territory in the ninja world and numerous Tsuyoshi followers. She felt the need to act more mature, especially if she wished to get anywhere with this life.

"So I suppose training should be the first thing on our agenda, if that's fine with you two. After we figure each other out a bit more, lets try tackling the mission then. Can't keep the clients waiting I suppose, the sooner we get their the better."

After that, Nasamea then turned away from them and walked a few paces forward. She then stopped on a few steps before sighing. She almost forgot something. Or at least she knew she needed to say it otherwise it would be eating at her internally. Mostly because Ayame was around. She wasn't so much worried about Shihouin, he already knew a lot and was welcomed to her heart already. Ayame though, she was still a stranger and a possible threat. Which Shi could be to but she had more trust in him. This was where Nasa's internal feelings were starting to grow complicated. She needed to figure out her bearings, or about how she wished to handle letting people in and her trust issues.

"Before we leave though.... I want to ask something."

She then turned back towards them, her eyes a bit down casted for a moment as a mark of sorrow crossed her face. Majority of her expression being emotionless; an obvious sign she was hiding something. Her eyes locked into Ayame's.

"Before we go, I just ask that no matter what you may see today... Ayame... that you will keep it between the three of us and not tell a single soul. Even if it's your best friend, lover, whatever... without my permission... I ask you keep it all a secret."

With that she turned back around, her eyes still locked on for a moment before doing so.

"If you aren't ready now, grab whatever and we will all meet at the training grounds. Go to the section with the grassy open area near the pond. It's the good sized field with all the deciduous trees around it... if that helps."

With that said she made a leap forward before she took off into a run. She headed straight towards the grounds, listening behind her for the other two. She figured at least Shihouin would probably follow if Ayame didn't. Ayame seemed ready for anything but since it was sort of spontaneous she also didn't doubt that Ayame had to return inside to grab supplies. Anyway, Nasa wouldn't stop until they reached the training grounds. Once they arrived they could start by simply showing each other examples of what they learned or do some daily warm ups, whatever. Nasamea didn't have a definite plan besides learning about one another so if anyone had any ideas she was willing to listen. In fact, she hoped they contributed. Either way, the current leader like aura that surrounded her could easily be passed on to someone else. That is, if they had any ideas.

When she arrived at the training area she waited until she knew for sure that they were both there.

Shihouin was getting slightly annoyed with how long it was taking to make a decision. Even though he had said his piece, it seemed like everyone was agreeing with each other and saying the same things over again. He grunted somewhat loudly and followed up with a yawn to interrupt the two of them. ”Let’s just hurry up and train, you guys take too long to make a decision, you keep talking way too much.” Even though they would probably want to backhand him for saying that, there was sarcasm and jest lingered in his voice. He was serious, but at the same time he really wasn’t. The point that he wanted to hurry things up a bit came across well though.

After they had finally seemed to decide on what to do, Nasa had something new to say. Mentally he groaned, wondering what it was this time. It was a habit Nasa that he could slightly notice. He wasn’t perfect himself, he had his character flaws but one of them for Nasa was that she would talk and then say something right when you would think the conversation was over. Shihouin found it funny when he had first met her, but not even being more than a week with her he could pick it up every single time. Regardless of how he felt he decided to give her an ear and listen, maybe it was important this time.

She was talking to Ayame, but Shihouin could tell what she was talking about, or though he thought. Maybe she was talking about her beast form, and maybe she thought she might need to use that for battle. Whatever, even though it was a horrible form, horrible as in powerful, Shihouin had been thinking of ways for him to be able to defeat it. It would be difficult, but it definitely wouldn’t be impossible. As she took off towards the training field, Shihouin followed her not waiting for Ayame to arrive at all. he wondered when she would get there and why she was waiting around. He paid no real attention to it and arrived at the training field with Nasamea in no time.

Nasamea kept her attention on Shihouin until the time they arrived. They waited a good long fifteen minutes or so before Nasamea's patience began to run a bit thin. She could have waited all day but the thing was, she really didn't want to unless she had to.

"I guess she's not coming after all...", Nasamea finally said, turning her attention to Shihouin with a rather uncertain expression. She was a bit affected by what he said merely because it was her who was doing majority of the talking. Normally she was very quiet about things but this wasn't the first time someone had said something to her when she started to get on a role. Truth of the matter was, she had trouble organizing her thoughts in a manner that she could cut her conversation in half while still including all the detail. It was frustrating.

When they arrived she took her place on a large rock and this was where she had sat as they waited but now she stood up to face Shi, her arms crossed and balance shifted partially to one leg. She still kept both feet ready despite the appearance; she was always cautious after all.

"Since it's us two I guess we could start with whatever we've learned since we last saw each other," she said, shrugging her shoulders some to thus add on to her uncertainty and slight nervous appearance. Now she just looked frazzled.

"You can go first unless you have any better ideas of what to do."

Now she would just watch and see. For all she knew, he would spring at her any moment ready for an assault. He was a fighter, it was what he did. Especially when it came to avoiding chit chat. This was why her weight was placed in a manner that made her ready for any surprises. Expect the unexpected she always said, which could also mean expect any surprises or just be ready for anything.

Her hues avoided eye contact as she gazed past him despite the fact she felt like she couldn't look at him yet. What would he do? She would regret this if he wasn't looking for a fight. He should know she trusted him; it was just her cautious nature.

IC:Once she seemed to be ready for anything, Shihouin didn’t hesitate at all to start the attack. He pushed off on the ball of his right foot and dashed forward towards her in a high speed sprint. Since she was about four meters away from her, he planned on forcing her to jump back to react. His hand slipped in to his pocket as he reached for three shuriken in between each of his fingers. If she had any tools to draw from her pocket, she would first have to move her hand back. If she did, he would toss a shuriken at her and try to catch her hand as it moved back. No words, no formalities, no indication on his face that he would start the fight; this would be a surprise move. After all that Sanzen had put him through, he felt it only right to give someone just as much pressure as she did to him.

Keeping his eyes focused on her body, he mentally prepared his next move set and kept his left hand occupied by putting it in his ninja pocket to grab a kunai to guard with. Being ambidextrous he had flexibility with both hands and could operate evenly with them. It was one of the smaller advantages that he had when it came to weapons, but it wasn’t that much. Regardless of it being a small advantage or not, he indented on playing with it.

The very second Shihouin showed s sign of attacking, his muscles moving themselves around his center point to where he was motioning to push off his right foot, Nasamea was ready. She herself took the movement as a sign she needed to move or else be hit. This much was predictable and she felt he may A. use a tool next or B. attack full on. Everything was happening in miliseconds, all moves done in less then a few seconds of time.

The moment he pushed off, she was moving, and was actually moving her body to where she would go to the right while he was coming forward. All the while, she continued to watch his center point while also paying close attention to not only his hands but his feet. His eyes did not matter; she would simply not look at them. Shihouin was now making the motion to reach for his pouch, predictable as hell. In the same quick motion he was doing, she followed maybe a milisecond, if that, off was also making the motion to reach. Her thought process slowed her motion down a bit and she didn't have the sharingan, plus she didn't know what he would take out. So overall she wouldn't be able to move bit by bit on the exact second, thus she would always be a bit off unless she went through more advanced training. This was fine though. Maybe this would work out for her.

Due to making the motion to move her hand towards her pouch, he would launch a shuriken at her to defend unless he decided otherwise. Either way, Nasamea was already there pulling out weapons almost right as he did and she herself pulled out a shuriken and two kunai. The moment she withdrew she threw, much like he may. Her kunai aimed towards his shuriken, if not thrown, then towards his right side. Right behind this was the other kunai heading towards his left. After that left kunai was the shuriken. Simple, if he dodged or deflected the kunai he would have that little tool to deal with. Something was a bit off about the right kunai though and it would be up to him to notice it as well.

Meanwhile, as the tool motions were going on, Nasamea herself was still moving towards the right around him while still keeping her eyes on his center point and searching for any other attacks. After her tool work she had already had her hand in her pouch ready to whip out another tool or so to throw or attack with. She knew all to well she needed to look for any minor details while still keeping her eyes on the source. This was the Kisaki training she nearly forgot.

Her eyes were a light grey.

Since his pocket was an easier reach than his ninja pouch on his hip, he had the advantage when it came to the draw. She moved to her right quickly, probably an attempt to get a better position on him. Even though he was sprinting he would follow her and not continue on straight. He would slow down just a bit, giving himself enough room to watch her movements and react to them in time. The moment he reached in his pocket and pulled out the shuriken, she went for her pouch and tried to pull something out. That was when she had failed. By the time her hand was digging in her pouch for whatever tool, Shihouin had already tossed a shuriken at the corresponding shoulder. She could continue to try and throw tools, but he would just deal with them. They had been five meters apart, and he had shortened the distance down to at least two meters, but made sure he stayed within that range. Being this close, he turned on his Sharingan to two tomoe to watch her movements, to read her entire body.

Not wondering what she would do or hoping what she would do, the moment after he tossed the shuriken he threw a the kunai in his left hand at her with a higher speed this time, which would travel the two meters a lot quicker than normal. His right hand still had two shuriken in it, so he could still guard. He wondered what she would do though. She could dodge and keep throwing tools, but by that time he would see it and be able to react fine.

The moment he started to follow her, her eyebrow twitched up and all of a sudden she positioned her feet to where she stopped; taking his thrown shuriken to her should and placing them a little less then three meters apart. She made an assumption it was loaded or altered, whatever. Anyway, she was well feed and would simply heal and pop it out of her muscle. Now if it had alternations or some sort, then this healing process could be altered accordingly. Either way, her eyes and ears remained on him as she opened her senses and prepared for the worst. She would try her best to carry on with her move no matter what even if it needed to be altered like it did now.

Going back to where she stopped. Due to being so close, he would now come at her or would have to make a fast move around or above her. He could stop as well, but would he really want to do that? He would need to think fast for what she was about to throw at him. Her left elbow was positioned outward, an obstacle he could run into if he didn't stop. Next, since she was reaching into her pouch by then, she still pulled out the two kunai and the shuriken the moment he would either be near or would have almost stopped. The moment she did this, his kunai would probably come into play and strike. She would heal this off as well no matter what. She needed to, she wasn't going to give in or a few moves. Sure, she was behind and taking an attack but at the same time, due to coming close, she could still strike due to the position he left her in compared to himself. He still had his tools too though.

Due to their range, whether he stopped, went around, etc, Nasamea still threw out the tools in hand except in a different manner. The first kunai, which would have been the right, was thrown first towards his right shoulder. The shuriken followed right behind it except would curve towards his jugular, and the third was aimed towards his left kidney/stomach. All the while her left arm was guarding her body and side while her legs were positioned in a manner that stated she would neither back down nor allow him to make any fatality like blows if her life depended on it; aka to where she could move and be able to move with a graceful dodge. Her right arm/hand would follow suit with her left unless she needed to move otherwise. It was getting into close combat now and he had the sharingan advantage despite her own bloodline advantage (speed, strength, stamina). This didn't matter with those careful eyes unless she played her cards almost perfectly.

During these close ranged movements, an ominous cracking began to emit from her body in various places.

He didn’t expect her to take the shuriken at all, but Shihouin guess she had some sort of plan for it. He would not kill her, but he did not mind giving her a nice scar to remember this battle. The shuriken he used were sharpened, which mean they were stronger than normal and operated differently in certain situations. This was definitely one of them. The shuriken he had was sharper, which meant it was embedded deeper than she thought it was. Normally, about seventy percent of the shuriken would be stuck in her, but this time, at least fifty percent of the shuriken was stuck in that arm. This meant that her accuracy would be off and the damage would be greater since she wouldn’t be able to move her shoulder as much to get a good throw at him. Regardless, he had attacked her for a reason and planned on making things a lot worse for her.

Instead of running directly into her, knowing that she had stopped, he slowed down shortening the distance between her and him by two meters. This didn’t mean that he quit his move set. The kunai didn’t have much purpose but to serve to attack her. If it did impale her, it would cause more damage to her arm. While slowing down, he put both of his hands together and quickly performed a familiar technique while she attempted to throw tools at him. By the time she threw, he would spit out a Goukakyuu at her since she had stopped. The flames would definitely destroy the trajectory of her tools as well. Behind the flames, he would be able to tell what was going on with her and whether she had moved or not. If she did, he would notice it without his Sharingan or even his eyes. Stopping was the last thing she should have done, she should have kept moving, but now she would learn to. He continued to prepare his move set and make sure he kept his mind and eyes on her last area, keeping his hands busy.

The stab wound hurt. She would admit that. But it wasn't like this was the first time she had been stabbed nor felt pain. It felt like sharp teeth to her and thus a memory buried in the back of her mind was unlocked, causing her pupils to narrow into that of a cat's while movements proceeded. She would still throw like she always had despite the fact in her mind she was wanting to punch something in the face for the pain. She may have felt it, may have been used to it, but that didn't mean she wanted to feel it again. She had muscle memory on her side but at the same time she would always get somewhat new muscles. This was why those in the Tsuyoshi clan had to constantly work out. Just because they regenerated didn't mean they kept the exact amount of strength. They would have to train it back, even S ranks couldn't get this precise unless they were over 100 years in age with a lot of experience. Lucky for her though, despite how bad this sounded, stab wounds were directed to an area rather then tearing at the whole muscle. This meant she would still have a good amount of her original strength after healing; which was what she was doing now.

Despite her plan to throw tools and motion a strike, he still had the sharingan to his advantage and was well prepared. She didn't find it fair and in fact, she hated it. She didn't hate him for who he was nor his appearance; she simply hated the eyes. The sharingan in general.

Moving on. Fire now was launched at her, and her tools. This blast of fire would set off her right kunai once it came in contact with the tag; the reason behind the sound difference previously stated. Due to the kunai aimed directly towards this blaze, since it was aimed right towards Shi, the moment the tag exploded this fire would be manipulated. The explosion would counter the fire blast, its force spreading out everywhere, like most explosions, while the fire's force continued to push forward. This would cause the fire to move around the explosion and thus create a swirl like motion around the tags force. Aka, the fire would be forced around the explosion, literally, while the rest of the fire continued to move forward towards Nasa.

To sum this up, Nasamea would be affected by the fire rather than the tags force since the tag's was practically "eaten" by the fire. Thus, the fire would still be heading towards her but wouldn't be as stronger as it was before. Since the basic unmodified tag is E rank and the jutsu considered C, Nasamea would be dealing with about two thirds or three fourths of the original blast. Which was still enough to do damage. She needed to act quickly.

The moment the tag erupted, Nasamea moved back while ripping the shuriken and kunai out of her shoulder. She would bleed some but the wound would heal while she had some tools to work with. Her tools would fly off elsewhere, she made sure to avoid any but they flew off in random direction to the sides of the blast. While she moved back, the fire would catch her. Rather then doing what most ninja would and probably kawarimi, Nasamea was prepared to take some of the attack as she motioned a dodge towards the right of the blast. If he was using his sharingan he could probably attack but she still had the tools in hand and was morphing some signs. She dodged by diving towards the ground, her legs taking some flames as she used her hands to prevent herself from hitting the ground full on. If Shihouin came at her, it would be then that noticed her physical changes from sharper teeth and nails to broader shoulders, green tipped hair, and even black markings surrounding her. Was she changing?

See, Shihouin planned on giving her a scar and he would end up doing just that. The fire from the technique had set something else on fire, and not anything that she would notice. The wire on the shuriken had been attached to her the moment it stuck in her skin. Once the fire had been launched out at her at two meters range, a small sliver of heat had ran down the wire and heated up the shuriken. Even if she tried healing herself, the wound wouldn’t completely heal unless she had extra time to do it. The flames were second degree, and the shuriken would heat up at least that hot. She would probably receive a scar there even if she healed. Despite that attack, Shihouin took cover under the fire technique and had finished a few hand signs the moment the fire left his mouth. Usingn the wire, he cut into his thumb a bit and produced a bit of blood and pressed his hands onto the ground performing the summoning technique. A C Rank lion appeared, a teenage one which dashed out right behind the fire using it as cover.

Using that light for cover, she wouldn’t notice the lion that would jump on her lower half, and dig its claws into her body as well. It would use its size and momentum and raw power to bring her down to the ground and then bury teeth into her back if she didn’t kawarimi. It didn’t need to growl or make excess noise, it had the cover of the flames and Nasa wouldn’t see it or notice it until it hit her. Shihouin kept busy even after performing the technique, drawing another kunai with an explosive note, and keeping both feet ready to move. He watched her position and threw an explosive note about a half foot where she would land. The blast would hit her at that distance, but she would be safe from the flames. Shihouin prepared his next move set and kept his hands busy again, keeping his body limber and agile to move in a whim as he watched her.

She felt the burning sensations all around. From her shoulder and even all the way throughout her lower half. She had to admit, it hurt, but she had already been dealt by a pain like this. Whoever he woman was that attacked her with that fire explosive clone, which burned nearly her entire body, she was annoyed with her then but thanked her now. Who the heck was she? It kind of made her paranoid but she had other things to worry about at the moment. One being a lion attacking her lower half that she was burned. Where the lion came from she could only assume Shihouin. Appeared that he had learned how to summon as well and unlucky for her it was rather strong and easily able to hold her down. Now she was irritated, but by then she already had sharp fangs and teeth as well plus her body was starting to grow blue and black fur with bulges for two wings and a tail.

The moment she hit the ground, her hand smacked right down and thus there was a poof of smoke. She didn't kawa, in fact she used the blood from the shuriken/kunai and a few seals to do something Shihouin may or may not have been able to predict. They both had a new weapon under their belt and hers happened to be more average then a lion.

From her right hand left forty roaches, all spreading out or flying away. Ten moved towards the lions head as they flew right into it trying to dive bomb its eyes and making squeak like sounds. The other thirty made their way towards Shihouin. When these were summoned Nasamea also raised her left hand with the shuriken and kunai she ripped out to stab the lion in the head, more preferably the eye. This bent her hurting arm back but also protected her face from the blast which landed right next to her. This attack would create a force that would press against her, the lion, and the roaches but these tough little buggars continued their assault at the lion while Nasamea continued to change.

A rather deep snarl was emitted from her chest towards the lion, threatening it as her bones shifted and her muscles and body began to grow more. Its teeth may rip at her, but soon enough this large cat would be more like an overgrown kitten to Nasamea. She didn't plan on paying nice anymore now that she was irritated from being burned and was being threatened by an animal. Her mind went to auto pilot when the cat attacked and now she planned on killing it. Her territory, it was threatening her; in the animal world it made sense.

Meanwhile, the thirty roaches that went towards Shihouin broke off. Twenty moved in to attack him as they began to swarm him and dive bomb him no matter where he may have moved. The other ten avoided him and lied low to the ground. Normally they would land and crawl but due to his sharingan they continued to hover above it. All and all, it was was like a frenzy of tiny chakra bodies moving around all around and around and around; coming out of nowhere attacking him and trying to blind him both naturally and with his bloodline. Needless to say they weren't happy about their owner being attacked

She kept going! Why was she still going? She had room to kawarimi a long time ago but she didn’t. Why? She could have pretty much reset the entire battle, but instead of just using the kawarimi she had to keep attacking? Shihouin wondered was she going to change into that form. If she did, she was taking things way too seriously, but it didn’t matter. When her hand hit the ground and the roaches came out, he had already moved back three meters because she noticed her chakra change. What she forgot about was the explosion. By the time her hand hit the ground and the roaches came out, the thirty that were sent towards him had been reduced by plenty, maybe taking out twenty. The explosive note was still there and the blast would definitely get rid of a majority of them and shake Nasa’s head. Shihouin threw another explosive kunai, the one he had prepared towards the rest of them and would activate it and kill them all.

The problem with him now was Ken. By the time the roaches had come out, the lion would simply ignore them and press its massive weight into her body. He could see her attack, and it reared its head back and dodged, and it would burrow its teeth into her leg. If she kept fighting it, it would take her entire leg off, from mid thigh down and eat it. Shihouin wondered would she continue fighting and unless he physically told the lion to stop it wouldn’t. He would deal with the roaches and and had closed its eyes once they attacked. His objective was to defeat Nasamea, whether she wanted to be eaten or not.

Shihouin didn’t know what to do, but if he figured that Nasa wanted to continue to press the issue then he would. He would beat her before she turned into that thing. Grabbing a bunch of shuriken from his pouch, he threw a giant shuriken at her at high speeds, aiming right for her face. He quickly prepared his next move, hoping that she would kawarimi. If not, she would die.

Nasamea was being way to damn stubborn in this fight. There was no doubt about that. Here she was letting weapons stab into her and a lion have the advantage of ripping her back open let alone tearing at other parts of her. She felt the pain and the pressure but this only triggered more memories and only caused her to change at a faster rate then what she was. By then she was completely blue and black, her hair longer and green tipped, her body wider and gaining muscle by the second, plus her internal parts were starting to expand. The bulges on her back and lower back were starting to grow more and more now the moment the lion raised it's head off of her to dodge her attack. It was then she took the opening to finally kawarimi and avoid the lion and explosives all together.

It left her roaches behind but majority of them, due to being blasted back or de-summoned upon injury, were attacking the lion now. The rest were attacking Shi. At the moment it was 25 attacking the lion and 15 making their way to Shi. Half of them were coming from his right and the other the left; all trying to avoid the tools and what to attack him and swarm him.

Nasamea appeared in a tree nearby as the roaches made their assaults. She stared dead at Shihouin, her body forming the build as her tail and neck were coming out. Her face and everything was modified now it was just growing the wings, tail, and neck while expanding in size. Once she had reached about half her normal size she would stop but until then she would just keep fighting and changing. Since she couldn't use hand signs anymore she was now able to launch attacks in a different manner. Once she appeared after kawarimi'ing, there was fire chakra loading itself in her mouth, ready for an attack.

A snarl was emitted from her throat while her gray hues began to turn more red. She was healing through the process and by the end of this there was no doubt that she would pass out. But for now, she wold keep fighting. Starting with waiting on Shihouin to attack; the roaches de-summoning around him.

Finally, she had taken the smart move and decided to Kawarimi. The lion was still ignoring the bugs, but decided to dash off into the forest to get rid of them under Shihouin’s instruction. Once he had realized that Nasamea was gone, it took him a second to find her, but in the mean time his hands had been busy with a tiger hand signs for a new technique that he wanted to use. Dashing towards her position ignoring the roaches, he jumped high in the air, at least ten feet and fell down. The technique sparked to life as two jets of fire appeared under his feet. Any roaches behind him would be burned. It was awkward controlling the flames at first, but he got kind of used to it. He could fly with the technique at all, at least not until he was higher ranked. At most, he could sustain a jump and glide, which was the purpose. He needed to glide to a tree high enough to start his next attack.

He had kept the wire in his hand, and using his new momentum, he slung them around towards her position, manipulating the wire so they went directly through all of the trees and brush that were in the way. He wondered why she even decided to go in that form. Sure this was a spar, but once he got higher ranked that form wouldn’t even bother him the least bit. She would just get big, that’s all. He would be able to take her out with carefully planned moves. From his position on the tree, he prepared his next move and watched her carefully, switching tomoe at will to save chakra.
